This Kenwood Estate is an exceptionally unique property where privacy and tranquility await. Experience true wine country living among these expansive grounds. You will have a 5.5 acre oasis that includes a gorgeous pond full of lily pads and a serene fountain, a tennis court, and a vast pool with built in hot tub. Get lost among the vineyards and olive orchard or perhaps a game of outdoor giant chess piques your interest. On hot days stay nice and cool inside with central A/C or a dip in the pool.

This historical barn has been renovated into a beautiful home that has 2 spacious bedrooms and 1 palatial bathroom upstairs with a kitchenette and quiet living room area. The downstairs has another living room area with lavish furnishings a pool table, and two pianos. The barn itself has a total of 3 high definition TV’s. There is an additional master suite on ground level with a private entrance. This suite has an infrared sauna, a spacious bathroom with washer and dryer. And each bathroom on property has a bidet seat.

The kitchen is located downstairs in the wine cellar and is every chef’s dream stocked with Italian cookware to luxury appliances, this kitchen has it all. Including, two refrigerators and two dishwashers.

Adjacent to the barn is a newly built modern pool house that is situated next to the pool and atop a terrace with views of the surrounding vineyard & countryside. It’s furnished with a king size Murphy bed, a well appointed kitchenette with an on-demand ice maker, dishwasher and a washer/dryer for pool towels, etc. The bathroom has the option to enter the pool area fresh from the shower through the large privacy glass slider. This guest house allows for the option to have ultimate privacy or to lounge poolside in chic comfort with your friends and family.

-IN THE EVENT OF A ROLLING BLACKOUT OR PG&E SHUTOFF THERE IS A BACKUP GENERATOR THAT GOES ON WITHIN A FEW MINUTES OF THe POWER GOING OUT.

-We welcome one well behaved dog with a non-refundable pet fee of $500
-NO DOGS ALLOWED IN THE UPSTAIRS OF BARN OR ON FURNITURE

What a beautiful property! We had the most wonderful stay. We enjoyed the pool, the sauna, the living room, the tennis courts and the kitchen. I can’t wait to stay at the property again. Masha was good to communicate with which made our stay even more comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay.

We had a group of 8 for two nights. It was a great stay and the pool area is definitely the feature of the property. We liked the quietness of the area and once we figured out how to warm the jacuzzi it was great. The only major thing missing from this property is an up-to-date grilling experience.

Family staycation to remember!

Perfect space for multiple families to connect and not feel crowded. The property manager was great! She was friendly, responsive and walked us around the property upon check-in. Beautiful pool and nice tennis court. During our week-long stay, we visited two family-friendly wineries and enjoyed a fun family hike at Sugarloaf Ridge State Park which was just about 10 minutes away. Definitely recommend for those who want the option to stay on-site or venture out.

Our first time renting a property and it did not disappoint. Relaxation, quietness and exclusivity is what we were looking for and it was exactly what we got! Ciji, the property manager was so gracious and welcoming. She answered all our inquiries. Overall experience was excellent!

The perfect Kenwood get away

My girlfriends and I rented this home for a wine weekend getaway/bachelorette party. The house is so comfortable and spacious. Each room had plenty of space, and the bathrooms were large enough for 8 females to get ready at once :) The absolute show-stopper and highlight of the trip was the pool. It is even greater in person than it appears in the photos if you can believe it. We had the best time; it was an accessible location, and the property manager was great to work with. Would highly recommend it for large groups.

Wonderful serene property!

Loved our stay at the property! Travelled in tow with toddlers, pups and grandparents - it was a wonderful experience. Especially loved the quietness and space around the grounds. The chicken coop was awesome and we even got to enjoy a few of the fresh laid eggs. Only comment is the pool was not heated at the time of our visit (I would have gladly covered the cost) so we were mostly relegated to the jacuzzi and the grounds keeper(s) came over a few times throughout the stay (a little surprised by frequency). I would gladly come back! It was BEAUTIFUL and had familial elements (lived in) which I loved.

Amazing house & pool

Stayed here for a long weekend. Two couples and one with an infant. The layout of the house gives you the opportunity to spread out nicely and everyone has a ton of space. Property manager was great and met us at the property to check-in and show us around. Was also very quick to respond when we had questions. You would have a hard time finding a better pool - it was perfect! Location in Kenwood is convenient to everything including Napa - you can easily drive over the mountain separating the valleys. Highly recommend! Hope to come back soon.

Incredible Property in Wine Country

My family and friends rented this place to spend a relaxing weekend in wine country. The concierge, Ciji, was incredibly helpful, going the extra mile to help us retrieve an important item that was left behind. We're incredibly grateful for her extra effort. We encountered a plumbing issue that the property owner is apparently working to correct. While I was initially very concerned, the responsiveness of our host helped smooth things out and it ultimately wasn't a big deal. Customer service goes a long way when the unexpected happens. On to the best parts of the stay: the property, located within a short distance to excellent wineries such as Matanzas, is stunning and expansive. The pool is perfect for lounging. The vineyards are lovely. The host generously provided some of her own wine that she makes for us to have upon arrival and we were very impressed with the quality of her cab franc and cabernet sauvignon, even the wine connoisseurs in the group. We loved the woodfire grill. The kitchen is very well stocked with condiments and everything you need to prep and serve a meal for a large group. The bedrooms were nicely appointed. Aracelli, who helped greet us and handles the housekeeping, was sweet and helpful. There are some details that could be dialed in around the property such as unpacking the large chess pieces and throwing out the old ones, providing some tennis rackets + balls (we admittedly forgot to bring our own), and fixing the sauna in the master bedroom. But overall we were delighted with everything the place had to offer and the price was fair. I'd recommend this rental property to anyone.

Great centrally located Sonoma Valley farmhouse

Great setting and lots of room at this place, and the grounds/landscape reminded us of northern Italy. The pool and hot tub were just right after a day of wine tastings.

Oasis in Sonoma

This property has everything from a quiet but convenient location, to top of the range amenities, awesome pool and pool house, and great bedrooms with comfortable beds. Our party was a total of 7 with kids from 6-13 and a small dog. The red barn house is stunning and sits on 5 acres of cultivated grounds with vines, succulents, a pond, tennis court and stunning pool. We enjoyed being at the estate so much that the only time we left was to visit the nearby Imagery winery for lunch and a tasting. We cooked breakfast and dinner in the professionally kitted out kitchen and enjoyed complimentary bottles of estate wine from the on-site vineyard. Check-in was seamless and Ciji was wonderful in hosting our arrival. For us it was all about the pool and it didn’t disappoint. The hot tub was hot and the pool always warm. We even brought our small projector and watched movies under the stars while chilling in the pool. We are definitely coming back!
