Welcome to our family house, dating from the 19th century and renovated in 2023. It is located in the center of Thann, the southern gateway to the Alsace wine route, and in the heart of the Ballons des Vosges park, an ideal location for discovering our beautiful region. Leave your car and go on foot to discover the town with its famous vineyard, the collegiate church or in winter its Christmas market. The house, with a surface area of 120m², has a large living room with open kitchen, fully equipped (oven, induction hob, kettle, filter coffee and Nespresso machine, toaster, raclette machine, fondue machine) , with direct access to a large terrace and a fenced courtyard. A bedroom and a bathroom are on the ground floor Upstairs : - 1 bedroom each with a 160x200 double bed - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190 cm, possibility of putting them together - a large bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer - an open space with a desk, a relaxation area with a sofa bed can accommodate 2 additional people. Possibility of adding a baby bed. High chair and changing table available High-end services: Quality bedding. On your arrival, the beds are made and towels are at your disposal, cleaning is included.
