Sabana Duplex A ubicado en la primera planta es un espacio diseñado y pensando en el viajero que quiere tener paz y tranquilidad. Está diseñado para parejas o familias pequeñas. En su iluminada terraza, podrás admirar un árbol de cedro de 150 años que arrulla y refresca las noches Josefinas. Este duplex comparte un lobby con el Duplex B que se ubica en el segundo piso. Los dos duplex tienen entrada principal compartida y luego una privada para ingresar a cada espacio.

Not like the listing, and issues with the apartment

I want to start off by saying the communication with the host was very good. However, the apartment was missing key items that would’ve made it a comfortable stay. The picture were certainly edited to enhance the look of the apartment, and edit out undesirable parts of it, this should be changed to to better reflect the property. Secondly, the applicants had sever issues. The stove did not heat properly, but more importantly, the refrigerator stopped working on the last day (after barely working at all) and we had to throw away our groceries, and the oven is missing from the apartment. There is a hole in the wall where the oven should be. I communicated with the host, and she was super responsive and kind - she mentioned things would be fixed after our stay. However, I can’t in good faith recommend this apartment until the above issues are rectified. Once that occurs, it would be an excellent accommodation to stay in.

This accommodation is not for 3 people

The location is quiet and safe. But this accommodation is not for 3 people. The sofa bed in the kitchen is very uncomfortable. The bedroom is very small, there is no space for luggage in the bedroom, there is no wardrobe or hanger. The bathroom is very small also. From the bathroom to the bedroom you can not close the door. The owner should take more care of the guests. We didn't have bedclothes ready for the 3rd person. Lack of blankets, it was cold at night. The sofa after unfolding was not clean, it was full of sand. The chairs on the terrace were very dirty, no table on the terrace, no clothes-drying rack. The photos absolutely do not correspond to reality (the photos are probably well edited in the graphics program). The price for this stay would be acceptable, if everything was clean and ready for guests.
