Gorgeous Pet Friendly 3 Bed & Bath Marina-front condo! The condo is an end-unit, pet-friendly, and non-smoking property that accommodates 6 guests. Marina-front Master suite has a King bed, 2nd bedroom holds a Queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed as well. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom. Property located at the end of the building on 1st level and looks over Pirate's Cove's World-Class Marina. The building is equipped with an elevator and covered parking for easier access to your condo. The covered spot is not for trailers or storage of items, Golf Carts and Vehicles may be parked here only. Soak up the sun by our community pool and at the end of of the day relax with any one of the 4 TVs or on the covered furnished deck with views of the marina and charter fishing fleet. Parking for 2 vehicles maximum and outdoor storage not available. The condo has a Saturday turnover.
