The house is located on a private estate, in a large wooded park by the sea and on the edge of the forest. Not overlooked, enjoy the calm of Pointe Batterie with its surrounding tropical forest and its proximity to Deshaies town and the Botanical Garden.

The terrace opens onto a breathtaking 180° sea view, where the sunset awaits you every evening!
The space
Villa Nozia (40 m2 built area and 40 m2 terrace), is composed of 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom 1 double bed and 1 bedroom 2 beds with the possibility of combining them), a kitchen area overlooking the view and a bathroom. The terrace will be your favorite spot, for aperitifs with a view or moments of relaxation.
Enjoy breakfast in the presence of the famous sugar birds, and let yourself be captivated by the view over the bay of Deshaies. All that's left for you to do is contemplate the sailboats at anchor, the whales for the lucky ones, or close your eyes for a good nap! An outdoor shower and barbecue area are also available for your enjoyment.
A catamaran net extends the terrace for a relaxing moment or for stargazing at the end of the day!

A small beach and pontoon are just a 3-minute walk away at the bottom of the estate, ideal for an early morning swim and snorkeling. A few minutes' drive away, you'll find a number of beautiful beaches: the famous Grande Anse, Plage de la Perle, Plage de Leroux....

Divers, hikers and canyoning enthusiasts will find all these activities within a radius of a few kilometers: national park, Cousteau reserve, etc.

Just 300 metres away is the famous botanical garden (formerly the Coluche estate), where you can discover the variety of Guadeloupean flora.

There are many rivers nearby for refreshing freshwater baths, and adventures for young and old in the middle of the forest.

The town of Deshaies is 800 meters away, a charming, colorful fishing village where you'll find good restaurants to sample the local gastronomy, as well as shopping and convenience stores.
