Getting there requires a short drive, but once you arrive, the only thing that matters is relaxing and admiring the magnificent landscape of mountains and the spectacular ocean view.

The villa has 800 m² of spacious areas that combine luxury and comfort. It offers 50 MB Wi-Fi internet with signal repeaters in each bedroom.
Located in a peaceful setting, away from the hustle and bustle of the center, it is ideal for enjoying unforgettable moments with family or friends.
The main villa offers four large bedrooms with air conditioning, walk-in closets, and private bathrooms, all distributed around the terrace with sea views. It also includes a guest restroom for added convenience.
On the lower level, with independent access from the garden, there are two additional apartments:
The first one with a Queen bed (155x190) and an inflatable single mattress, accommodating up to three people.
The second with a King Size bed (200x190) and a Queen inflatable mattress (155x190) in the living room, accommodating up to four people. These apartments do not have air conditioning but are equipped with standing fans and windows with mosquito nets.
The main villa also features a spacious dining room integrated with the kitchen and living area, as well as a second kitchen next to the pool, perfect for enjoying meals in a relaxed atmosphere.
The design of the villa, with its large open spaces, invites tranquility and allows each guest to relax at their own pace. Cleaning is done once a week. For added comfort, a backup power generator automatically activates in case of power outages in the area.
Access to the property is easy with a conventional vehicle. The private parking area has space for two cars, and it is possible to park two or three more in front of the villa.
The Bellavista Residence is located in Jamito, just 10 minutes by car from the town center and the beaches.

For your information,
Included in the rental rate: Wi-Fi internet, housekeeping service upon arrival and departure, Dominican breakfast based on the number of registered guests, washing machine available for personal clothing and household laundry (towels, kitchen cloths, etc.), gardener and pool maintenance.
For stays of less than 8 nights, no intermediate cleaning is included. For stays of 8 nights or more, one cleaning per week is provided, including a change of bed linens but without towel replacement.
Additional conditions,
Electricity consumption not included: The meter will be checked at arrival and departure. Only the kilowatt consumption will be charged at the current local rate (14.95 pesos or 0.30 USD per kW), payment in cash upon check-out.
Check-in and check-out inventory: To ensure the proper maintenance of the property, a team of 2 to 3 people will carry out a quick inspection of the property’s condition, including linens, utensils, and appliances. Any lost or damaged items will be charged in cash at check-out. Our goal is to maintain the property in perfect condition for the well-being of all our guests.
It is prohibited to bring speakers and play loud music. After 10:00 p.m., all noise must be reduced to respect everyone’s rest.
