Very nice villa, newly renovated, ideally situated in a residential area very close to the city center and the marina.

The villa is at 3 kms from the beach and 1,5 kms from all the shops, restaurants, the golf, casino, the local weekly market and the marina.
Guarantee deposit of 500 euros to be left upon arrival (given back the last day), cleaning fees of 80 euros to be paid upon arrival, and a tourist tax of 5% of the global amount with a maximum of 4 € per adult per night (except for airbnb bookings which include them in the quote) to be paid at the booking.
