Local stone house, 1 minute from the port, the fish auction (every day) and 2 minutes from the beach, shops and markets. <br>Garden of about 100m².<br><br>The accommodation has a large, bright living room.<br>On the first floor, Living/Dining room: Table for 6 people, sofa bed, TV, free Wi-fi.<br>Very well equipped open kitchen: multifunction oven (crisp and microwave), 4-burner hob, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso capsule and filter coffee maker, food processor, fryer, crepe maker, raclette machine.<br><br>Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms including: a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, adjoining terrace with 2 outdoor armchairs and coffee table), wardrobe.
