Beachfront Condo for Rent – Seapointe Village, Diamond Beach

Enjoy your summer at our oceanfront 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo located in the gated Seapointe Village community in Diamond Beach (Lower Township), perfectly situated between Wildwood and Cape May. The condo includes an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.

Guests have full access to Seapointe Village’s resort-style amenities, including four indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, steam rooms, saunas, grills, basketball, pickleball, and tennis courts, playgrounds, kids playroom, private beach access, and a private beach bar.

This was our first time staying at Seaponte Village. It's a lovely resort nicely spread out with several pools. tennis, pickleball and bocce courts. With all that and more it is still a quiet yet family friendly resort. We stayed in mid August with summer in full swing and it never felt overcrowded. Parking was great with underground parking for the condo buildings,Our unit was on the 5th floor of the Pinnacle building. It was very clean and kitchen and baths looked newly renovated. We had a nice side view of the ocean from the balcony and a peekaboo bay view from the bedrooms. the kitchen was equipped with everything you need for a weeks stay at the beach. Our hosts were wonderful and answered any questions we had promptly. I highly recommend Seapointe Village and our hosts unit. We plan on coming back next summer!

We had a great time

The property was wonderful! We had a great stay. The only suggestion I would have is that its time to replace the twin mattresses. I would also get new pots, pans and silverware. Other than that, the place is beautiful and in a perfect location.

Super kid friendly condo

The condo was perfect for 4, 2 adults & 2 little kids. It had everything we needed, and although the weather didn't co-operate. The indoor pool was perfect, (no kids in the hot tubs).The couch bed mattress is very bad so don't count on that. We tried it as I have restless leg but couldn't use it.So close to the beach and a perfect location.

Fantastic place for a holiday

We've been to Wildwood crest for the last five years and this is by far the best unit we have ever rented. It is close to the beach has a lovely, welcoming, bright feeling and is the best equipped kitchen and condo that we have ever rented. Everything we needed was there and we felt at home from the minute we walked in. One of the best weeks we've ever had away as a family. I can't recommend this unit enough.

Excellent property and facilities for families!

We had a great time during our stay. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed! The amenities at Seapointe Village can't be beat, especially for entertaining kids. We loved the pools (indoor heated pool during bad weather), playground, fire pits, and easy access to the beach. We'll definitely be back!

Great Seaside Getaway

The location of this property can't be beat. A corner unit on the 5th floor, flooded with lots of light and spectacular views of the ocean and bay, we loved our stay. The kids had a blast at the pool that was footsteps from the entrance, and loved running right to the beach. Lots of young families and cute dogs around, we had a ball.

Family vacation

Great place to stay! Steve sent all the directions in advance. There was plenty of room for us all 4 adults and 2 infants (including room for their bassinets/pack n play). The grounds is beautiful. I think it would be great if there was a little more storage space (had to move some things around in the pantry) but overall wonderful stay and no complaints! Would stay again.
