Location great but..
The location of this condo was great. The beds were comfortable. The furniture was not. One couch, towels and bedding were stained. The property manager did take and return the laundry from the previous stay a few days after we arrived, and did buy us two small kitchen towels. There was no provision of bedding to change sheets during our stay, and we had a total of 3 towels for us to use until our property manager brought clean laundry. Considering the price we paid for this rental, we expected much more. We purchased a number of items to use in the kitchen. At least there were some frying pans to use. The condo could be 5 stars with some invested funds and TLC. I don’t think I would ever rent from this management company again. I specifically e mailed them to ask if there was a washer and drier, since none were on the pictures. They assured me they had been installed recently and the pictures hadn’t been updated. No washer and dryer…their excuse..it was a typing error. They refused to offer a laundry service or compensation. We also asked for some cushions for our outdoor chairs, since they were very uncomfortable. Our stay was 5 weeks and that was our only table. They refused our request. As I stated, the rental for 5 weeks was not a small amount. We all expected much better for the rent charged, both in accommodation and management. There were other issues, with the barbecue (no fuel and rusted out anyway) and the safe finally installed (a week later).
