Ground-floor apartment
Only one window, located in the living room and opening onto the terrace
No window in the bedroom
Limited ventilation due to the layout
Terrace access is not direct: you must leave the apartment and walk through the shared hallway to reach it (as shown in the photos)
Pedestrian street in the city center: lively urban environment, but quiet, as the apartment does not face the street
Small kitchen, suitable for simple meals

Capitole parking option: €17/day, subject to availability (about 6 minutes’ walk).
