The apartment is located on the Bellecôte slope: green and free slope, to go to the Croisette in 2 minutes ski: departure ESF (skiing course) and resort center with shops, restaurants, entertainments: bolwing, ice skating rink, climbing wall, sledge track...
Apartment completely renovated in 2023.
Sheets and towels provided, wifi, cleaning.
Entrance with cupboards, kitchen equipped and open to the living room: dishwasher, oven, induction hob, hood, toaster, raclette, kettle, coffee machine, table to eat comfortably. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed with a 160 cm wide memory mattress, a large TV. A bathroom with walk-in shower, towel dryer, hanging toilet, washing dryer machine. An independent bedroom with 2 bunk beds, ideal for teenagers. Balcony facing east, with a nice mountain view.
Wifi to be connected! Caretaker in the residence. Parking close.
