Charming 3 bdrm, nestled among the trees-15C WHP

While this condo may be nestled among the trees it is merely a few minutes' walk to the beach! This stunning villa has it all! The living room is spacious, it features a pull-out sofa, porch access and is open to the dining area. The dining area seats 6 at the table and 2 at the bar. The upgraded kitchen has all the cookware you need to make amazing meals, it also has a countertop eat-at bar and is completely open to the other living spaces. A king-sized bed is the focus of the relaxing master bedroom, this bedroom also has porch access and an ensuite bathroom that was also recently updated. The first guest bedroom has 2 queen beds, a private courtyard, and access to the guest bathroom. You'll find 2 comfortable twin beds in the second guest room.

Guests who rent with us have full and exclusive access to all Kingston Resorts managed amenities including: Currents Pool Complex and Waterparks at Embassy Suites, Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort pools, resort shuttle service, cashless charging privileges on the resort, Wi-Fi and 24-hour on-site staff, including maintenance and security.
**Please know that the waterparks at Currents close on October 1 for the season.

Good place with good amenities

It was a good little vacation, we rented a golf cart through Kingston which is the only thing i wouldn’t recommend, didn’t need it, went incredibly slow, and couldn’t park it at the other resorts anyways that had the pools we had access too, otherwise, very cute place for the family

Family stay

This was perfect for our family of 10 plus an infant. You can walk to the beach or drive. It’s convenient with plentiful amenities. Free parking at beachfront and you can use amenities of associated hotels. We loved and are planning on purchasing a property in the complex.

Great Service Response But Many Rental Issues

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The site was amazing and the guest service representative was professional and fast with their responses but the apartment itself has so many issues: 1/3 kitchen electrical outlets work, the fridge would not dispense water nor cool down anywhere near 40 F (we had to request a new fridge which was so stressful when we first arrived), we had to buy the kitchen a chef knife and trash bags because it didnt have either, both showers won’t drain (sand buildup), and the amount of cockroaches was disgusting (we felt gross leaving the apartment and cleaned the counters with bleach every night). The rental did not feel like a vacation, and none of us wanted to spend any time in it like we originally planned. I would not recommend this site to anyone.

Vacation 2022

Overall we were pleased with the property. We were on the bottom level and the neighbors upstairs were horrible! We were awakened each night to kids running through the house at 4 am; constant stomping and noise. We did enjoy the amenities and how close we were to several attractions we were able to enjoy.

Great Family Vacation

Location was perfect - walking distance to several pools & ocean - tennis courts, indoor pool & fitness center (with golf stimulator which we enjoyed a lot!) The new pool/splash pad area under construction (to open early fall 2022) looked like an amazing addition! 20 - 30 minutes away from EVERYTHING you'd want to do downtown Myrtle Beach, lots of dining options even closer by. We had an issue with the shower head in the 2nd bathroom - staff was responsive and had fixed the next day. We locked ourselves out (oops!) but host met us at the door within 15-20 minutes of our call to let us back in with a smile. We had five kids in our group from 7 - 17 and everyone include us adults had a great time! One of our favorite family vacation locations yet.

Reviewer Comments: Me and my husband had seen mixed reviews all within the Kingston Plantation, and I still stand by the theory that you “could” get lucky and get a decent rental. We, however did not.Without exaggerating the following were points of concern within this rental:* Dryer did not work* No dish towels * No cleaning supplies* Limited supply of washcloths and towels * Slow drain in master bath shower* VERY poorly cleaned* Leaking toiletYou may ask, why didn’t you just call someone....Well, I did. Rochelle sent two phone numbers during the welcome notes indicating to call or text with any issues or questions. I called both numbers, left a voice message and also sent a text message. This was done Tuesday (we vacated Friday) and I never even received an acknowledgment. Very disappointing. Really hope the owner see fit to address these issues before renting to the next set of vacationers. Very poor and dissatisfying experience.

The beds were uncomfortable, burned out light bulbs, the laundry machines were extremely loud, the landscaping terribly needs taken care of, and trying to get services is impossible. Whatever INVESTMENT company bought out this property knows nothing about hospitality. People plan months ahead of time to vacation and spend lots of money and this is not quality service. Have stayed here many of times over the years and it has really declined greatly. Its unfortunate these major hotels are not in control of there properties anymore. It just takes a little care and attention to make guest feel comfortable. Its nice to see the original Hilton is still running and it has the best location and the best outdoor services.

Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at the Kingston Planatation 2-3 times per year since 2008. We have learned to know the grounds and area very well over the years. This is the first year we have stayed in a Hilton managed condo and where a little dissappointed with the cleanliness of them. We could tell that they were not cleaned with a deep Covid santitaion process in mind. We experienced dried food on the silverware. cookwear and dishes. The tub drain where blocked with hair and drained slowly, untill we removed it. Lets just we where assumed there would be Covid cleaning protocols in place based on the times were are in right now. We did experience that there were people moving in and out of the condos all around us who would stay for short 2-3 day atays. When the cleaning people would come to clean after they left and get the condo ready for the next renters, they would only be there for a very short time, usually around one half an hour. This would explain the condition they where in.

Great location close to shopping outlet, mall, Broadway at the beach, and other local attractions. Waterpark and beach access both walkable and if you drive we didn’t have trouble finding parking. Was a little dissatisfied with the actual unit as there seemed to be bug(giant roach) issue. The pullout couch I would not count as a bed as it is extremely worn and thin. The shower heads are low so if you are tall it can be a little inconvenient. All in all again location is wonderful I just wouldn’t return to this specific unit bc of the bug issue.

We found this location and It was perfect for our group! There was plenty of room for our group of 8 to spread out. The walk to the beach was short and scenic. We loved having access to the resort pools!
