Terrible start to our family vacation

Got there at 4 PM check-in time and carpet cleaner was there until 5:30 finishing cleaning the carpets. Carpets were wet taking another 2 hours to fully dry. We later discovered kitchen wasn’t well cleaned, refrigerator and freezer weren’t cold after being cleaned, sheets were stained on two beds, and pet hair all over an extra mattress (one listed for sleeping capacity). My family didn’t feel comfortable staying at this VRBO so we cancelled our reservation, got a full refund, left at 10 PM and had to scramble to find accommodations for the next 7 nights.

Mouse in the House

Discovered mouse in the kitchen first evening Caught and killed. Droppings on living room furniture and under kitchen sink. These things happen, but correspondence with Mgmt was time consuming and futile. Asked me to substantiate with pictures. I suggested some sort of compensation was reasonable, Still waiting for response. Beds uncomfy, ice maker broken, no trays in freezer.. Booked hotel for next stay, less hassle, worth the difference,

We have stayed at this property twice now for work. It is very nice and conveniently located. I would recommend it to anyone.

Tucked away, lots of room

We got this house to accommodate our large group. It was close enough to the surrounding towns, but not really walkable to anything except a Wallaby Farm (pretty cool experience) and a golf course—since the back gate has been boarded up, you still do have to walk on the main road where cars are driving 55mph right next to you (kinda sketchy especially with kids). The setup was nice, cozy feeling in the living room to relax and play with the kids. A separated dinning room and open kitchen. There were some toys that my children enjoyed playing with. The back yard has a nice large lawn, but it is not fully enclosed so small children must be monitored as the front is just off of a major road. We enjoyed our time here.

Great Location!

This home was very comfortable and had everything we needed to feel at home. Great yard and view. Alan was great to work with and was very accommodating and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved our stay very clean and had everything we needed

Overall loved our stay. Plenty of room for all of us. Had everything we needed. New AC unit was installed and definitely works great maybe too good because it was freezing. Thermostat was locked but worked out the details during the stay. The communication was great and so quick to respond. Super clean.

Incredible location with all the conveniences of home!

Sooo much to do and see in the area of Snoqualmie. This house is right in the middle of it. Extremely close to the falls and right next to the Wallaby Ranch! Lots of flexibility in the house with the bedroom layouts and use of inflatable beds. A huge two-car garage made it a breeze to come inside the house during the rain. We were sad to leave but happy to have made such great memories there!

Good place for groups, listing needs an update

We had 12 people & there was enough space that we didn’t feel on top of each other! Check in was easy with the coded front door. Three bedrooms downstairs were nice, comfy beds, extra quilts & fans in the closets. The yard was lovely & the fire pit inviting (we had 4 days of rain, so didn’t use). The washer & dryer were fast & efficient. There is an air mattress in the closet under the stairs. I’d stay here again, but there were some things that could be improved… Be aware that the upstairs is a converted attic, so it’s great for kids! Anyone over 5’8” will have to watch their head. The large bedroom was listed with a king & a full futon, which I was later told it *used to have*, but the futon broke & was replaced with a desk. I let the owner know that was a problem since we needed the bed space, & he left a brand new air mattress for us, which was appreciated. He also told me the futon in the loft had broken, but the mattress was fine on the floor. Bedroom carpet had some colorful stains. Linens for the air mattresses were in a locked closet to which we were given access when we couldn’t find sheets. Dining table only seats 6, the bar counter’s hinge is worn so the counter tilts towards the floor somewhat. The kitchen was not equipped for cooking for 12 people. Bring everything you’ll need. Thankfully I’d brought my own sheet pans & InstantPots. The cupboards have a few spices (likely left by other guests), a small container of coffee, & that’s it. No condiments in the fridge. There were few cooking utensils, & the ones there were not quality. The manual can opener barely worked, there were dirty glasses & pans in the cupboards, & the drawers have noticeable food debris. The pots were ok, but not all had matching lids. The light over the stove doesn’t work, & inside the oven needs a good cleaning. Don’t let this deter you from booking - it’s a good place for a family group! If the owner will do some cleaning & update the kitchen tools (quality & quantity), it would have been 5 stars.

Perfect home base for Seattle reunion!!

So much to do nearby, plus close to our daughters home in north bend. We Enjoyed the kitchen and living room, the beds were fine. The only disappointment was lack of a/c but there were fans and the weather cooled off. The entryway was nice for shoes and good parking outside! Thank you
