Bunk with two double and two twin. Easy access to top bunk with built in stairs no ladder.
Large parking lot for boats or large vehicles.
New appliances in kitchen includes electric range, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and microwave/air fryer. Larger kitchen island w/ 3 bar stools. Kitchen table for 4.
Large leather couch and two side chairs. 55" TV with Roku.
Shower in bath with larger rain head and hand wand. Nice hot water with great water pressure. Minutes from Rend Lake.

Very clean, great place. Only odd thing don’t know if it was the owner or not but there was someone mowing along the building at 8am. Definitely will be staying there again!

Very clean, enough space to hangout and shower is great! Firepit out back was stocked with firewood penty of parking for boats. Will stay sgain!

Golf Outing

Great place to stay. Very clean and well appointed. Open floor plan and comfy beds. Highly recommend staying here and we certainly will again!

This is a great little diamond!!

This place was perfect for us, easy to get to the archery competition located 8 miles away! We were comfortable, the place had everything we needed for cooking small meals to lounging around watching TV. The owner was great, sent directions ahead of time since GPS doesn't know the location (it's not smart enough🤣🤣) I still got a bit turned around but owner was quick to respond and met me to help me out, apparently I'm in the category with the GPS 🤣. Thanks again, we will stay here if we are in the area💗

Nice property

The only negative that could be found is the location to the train tracks. Trains would pass all night long and were loud. The lodge was beautiful on the inside, very clean.

Property owner is the best!

Unfortunately we had to cancel our trip due to a health issue with my 2 year old daughter. Laurie was without a doubt the most helpful person I have never met! She was VERY quick to respond to each question and message I sent her, and helped us out of a tight spot. Although we did not stay, we will WITHOUT A DOUBT visit Laurie and her property again in the future. I have already told at least 5 or 6 family members about Laurie and her professionalism and would recommend her and her property to anyone who asks me.

Fantastic home / Great Hosts!

This spacious studio is a gem inside a surprising shell. Converted from a workshop, when you step inside you find tastefully and creatively designed, comfortable accommodation. I could not get enough of admiring all the great ideas, materials used to transform this space and all the little details of the interior design that added the finishing touches. The floor was left concrete, which is so practical and compliments the industrial modern style of the space. If you are thinking of redoing a part of your house for your youngsters, this studio is worth a visit, just to get ideas. I loved the shower with the handheld, the crisp white towels, (although the shower is a big step up and down, where you need to pay attention, but there is a sturdy handle to hold on to). We appreciated the ample overhead lighting which is often missing in many rooms, (we could have used some bed-side lamps and nightstands so you don't have to get to your bed from the light-switch in the dark and you can put your book down on). The beds and bed linen were comfortable and spotless. The temperature was great and adjustable, the noise from the nearby road and train tracks was not loud or disruptive in any way, no doubt due to good insulation in the walls. We visited the little town center of Ina on Friday night and we enjoyed a live performance and met some townspeople getting together to have some fun. People in this area were very friendly and easy to talk to. We also enjoyed the foosball table and the coffee in the room! We had a great stay and we would highly recommend it to others.

Evergreen Lodge is A+++!!

We had a WONDERFUL stay at the Evergreen Lodge in Ina, IL near Rend Lake. It is so close to the lake and near an easy access point, but the best part of the stay was the cleanliness (coming from a germaphobe...it was amazing!), the decor, the fact that everything was so well thought out and planned! The uniqueness of this property really makes it something special. The owners are extremely kind and generous! We all absolutely loved the Lodge and were so excited to be there! Thank you so very much for an amazing stay and we can't wait to come back!

Very Cute

The owners have done wonderful job converting this building into a cute little get away. It met our needs perfectly and Laurie and Michael were super quick to respond when we had a question.
