Great spot!

Great place to stay, a terrific central spot just off the highway that is very convenient for catching baseball games on either side of Phoenix and close to amenities. We enjoyed our condo and the hosts were terrific to deal with as well.

Excellent condo

Such a wonderful condo in a gated community. We stayed for a week and we were only minutes from family we wanted to spend time with. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely Condo in well maintained property

We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return to this property. There were 2 of us but it could easily accommodate 4. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our time there.

Perfect Northwest Phoenix Condo

The condo is extremely well maintained, clean, and very comfortable. It’s conveniently located at the I-17 and 101 interchange, making it easy to get around the Valley. Quiet location with ample parking.

Great stay

This property was well maintained and clean. Host provided more amenities than found in other locations. Property was very close to shopping and thoroughfares. We had good communication with our on site host.

Perfect Little Condo

This property had everything we needed. It's nicely decorated and fully equipped. There was easy access to the west valley, central Phoenix, and nearby shopping. We will definitely look to stay here again! Thank you for this home away from home.

Was there with my wife and toddler son. Place was perfect. Clean. Kitchen was stocked nicely with cookware etc. Owner was easily accessible. Great location. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful, Highly Recommend

The condo was perfect for our family of 5! We enjoyed the amenities and the proximity to restaurants and shopping, as well as mountain hiking and day trips. Willard and his wife were excellent hosts, providing assistance when needed, open and responsive to communication. Any time we return to Phoenix, I'll definitely look into staying here again.

Fantastic apartment and owners

Excellent place, as advertised. Quiet location in the gated community, a 1-floor building, so nobody upstairs. Comfortable beds and living space, kitchen had enough pots and pans for some cooking. The owner lives in the community and responded to our needs within minutes. We would definitely stay there again, if in the area.

Bucket List

The condo is in a great location and worked great for the four adults on this trip. Even though you are close to I-17 and the 101 it was quiet and easy to get in and out. We were able to do a hot air balloon ride which crossed one more thing off our bucket list. Condo was well stocked, clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Plenty of amenities

The area was quiet except for some street noise due to construction during the day. We felt safe and wish the weather had been warmer so we could have enjoyed the lovely pool. There are restaurants, gas station, and a shopping center nearby. The condo was lovely and a very good size. It was nice to have LVF and tile on the floors. It was quick drive to interstate 17.

Great location for our needs

Quiet and clean. Very relaxing after a long day out and about. Internet was real good no issues stream movies or working. Only thing I would suggest is a desk area with comfortable chair for those of us that need a space for working with a laptop. The dining table is not very comfortable after an hour online.

Nice Condo, Nice Host

Rented condo for our adult children & grandchild to visit for 8 days. The host allowed us to check in a bit earlier to prepare ( groceries, etc.) prior to their arrival which was greatly appreciated. Host also offered the use of a pack-n-play & infinity chair for our grandchild which was extremely nice so we didn’t have to rent those items. The condo is nicely decorated and had a fully equipped kitchen. It was nice to have the heated pool so close. The host was very nice, responsive & helpful for any questions and issues we had. Good location with quick access to freeways.

Overview

Betty and Willard are great hosts. Betty has written several versions of a cookbook. We have never reserved a VRBO and were sure what to expect. On the downside I would recommend a deeper cleaning of the floors. Thanks Betty and Ted! We enjoyed meeting you.

Gated Casita in the Arizona Desert

The property is centrally located and close to I-17 and the 101. The condo is well appointed and within a gated community. The check in process was effortless. I would have given this property a higher rating but unfortunately, the unit was not as clean as would be expected with such an excessive cleaning fee. I did bring this up with the owner but was only offered a “thank you for your comments” as a response. If this were my unit (it would have been spotless) I would have offered a refund on the cleaning fee and most likely, hiring a new cleaning business.

Visit with family

This was the perfect place for my friend and me to stay while we were in Phoenix. She was able to visit her family that she hadn't seen in years and gave us a place to relax in the evenings. I would stay again!

We, Betty and Willard, love traveling and being hosts!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We moved here because we wanted to live in a community that felt loved, was safe and quiet, and more than anything else made us feel we were moving into a beautiful resort.
After spending winters here, we were finally able to live here full time, and at that time chose to purchase a condo nearly next door so we could host our children and grandchildren when they were able to come visit. This condo because our Short term rental because our children can only visit a few times a year. But we wanted this place to be a secure, homey, pleasant and private home for them when they were able to come.
When they can't be with us, this home has become a haven for visitors to Phoenix area, where the can visit family, explore a wonderful state that has more to offer than we ever realized when we first moved here.
It's so easy to get around the city from our location, it's only about 2 minutes from the intersection of Interstate 17 and the 101 ring road. It's 23 minutes to Sky Harbor Airport, 8 minutes to Arrowhead mall, 10 minutes or so to Desert Ridge, 2 minutes to Deer Valley Mall. It's close to golf courses, shopping, trails, etc. Sedona is 1 1/2 hours north, and Grand Canyon about 4 hours.

This just doesn't feel like a regular condominium complex. Our walking paths inside the community are lighted at night, and meander...not just a straight line! There are grassy areas, shrubs, trees, Three pool/spa areas and stand alone spa... each with a gazebo with table and chairs for lunches around the pool. The pool spaces have waterfalls, and the front entrance has several water features! It's really delightful in its own right, but so handy to the lovely Arizona landscapes.
