Upon arrival, you will be welcomed into a spacious entryway leading directly to a large living and dining area, ideal for communal meals and relaxation. This room opens onto a large balcony overlooking the Vienne, offering a magnificent panorama and a perfect setting to unwind while admiring the scenery. Adjacent to this area is an open and spacious kitchen with a central island, perfect for preparing your favorite dishes. The kitchen is fully equipped with an American fridge, a microwave oven, a stovetop, a kettle, an elegant DELONGHI coffee maker, and all the necessary utensils for your culinary comfort.

Upstairs, discover four comfortable bedrooms, each with a desk space and a large wardrobe for optimal storage of your personal belongings. The bedrooms, equipped with double beds, are prepared with quality duvets, pillows, and bed linen to ensure a most pleasant stay. You will also have access to two bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a toilet. Towels will be provided to lighten your luggage. Additionally, separate toilets are also available for your comfort.

The house is close to the city center and all necessary amenities, including a Lidl, a pharmacy, a bakery, and Grand Frais, all about 5 minutes away by car. The CHU and the mother and child hospital are also nearby.

## Transit

You will be about ten minutes by car from the city center, 12 minutes from the Gare des Bénédictins, and 15 minutes from Limoges Bellegarde Airport. For buses, it takes about 30 minutes to reach the city center. The "Isle Centre" bus stop is a 9-minute walk away, from where you take the line 12 "ISLE L. Aragon CONDAT sur VIENNE Versanas" to get into town.
