Absolutely breathtaking lakefront views, multiple decks, boating access, and an acre of towering trees are just the start of why Brooks Lake House should be your next home away from home.

The exterior will charm you before you even step inside; once you open the front door, you'll be greeted by a wonderfully bright interior, modern furnishings, and fun, lake-inspired decor that will get you in the mindset for a relaxing vacation. The fully equipped kitchen and gas grill will help you whip up anything from hamburgers to gourmet meals, so you won't have to worry about heading out to eat each night. Plus, fresh air will be easy to find and plenty of seating on the decks to enjoy as you reminisce over a cold drink after a full day of boating.

When settling down for the night, one bedroom is upstairs, and two are downstairs so that everyone can enjoy some space.

THINGS TO KNOW
There are three private beaches. Please note: Lake water levels can be quite high during May and June; beaches may be submerged during this time.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Dock details: There is a private 12-feet by 24-feet dock for boats and swimming.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The best rental property on Cristina Lake.

We absolutely love this cottage. For the third year in a row, we stayed here for a week, and the combination of relaxed yet immaculate, very well maintained and tasteful decor, private location, absolutely gorgeous spot. Couldn’t be better. Highly recommend.

Beautiful cottage and location

This is our second stay. Beautiful cottage that has everything we need for our stay plus some. Can’t beat the location right on the water. Would highly recommend and plan to stay again if available.

September at the lake

We spent 5 days at this home and it was amazing. The private beaches and space was amazing. We loved that we could take our dogs and enjoy the last of summer. The home was clean, had great space to enjoy the outdoors. Loved all the deck space. Was great to be right on the lake.

Outstanding!

Easily one of the best properties I’ve ever stayed. The little private beach and dock was even better than I thought; there were kayaks and toys and life jackets available. Lots of room, this would be great for a small family downstairs sharing with a couple upstairs. The view and the quiet was much appreciated. Bring all your food: there was an air fryer, plenty of pots and pans, I went to the farmers market on Sunday and made a slow cooker sausage and corn boil. My little poodle couldn’t get enough of swimming in the lake. Fabulous spot and I would absolutely stay again.

A Dream Stay on Christina Lake

I wanted to book something special for my husband's 40th Birthday, and we felt like this was an absolute dream! We were blown away by the size of the property with it's multiple beaches, and large boat shed that stocks numerous water toys, conveniently on the waterfront. The adirondack chairs on the dock and multiple patios was lavish. The home is really nicely remodeled and the kids were so excited about the bunk bed room. This home could comfortably fit two families with kids. We really enjoyed the nightime outdoor lighting up the terraced steps and around the yard. We were surprised with how far down the nearest house was lakeside, so at night on the patio it is completely private. It felt like a private resort.

Can’t beat the location

Beautiful home in the best location I could imagine. I was thrilled to find a pet friendly place to stay on Christina Lake. This cottage can’t be beat for its wonderful location. The boathouse is well stocked with water toys, kayaks, SUP board and a pedal boat. Everything about the layout of the house, the dock and the furniture was top notch. We even had a welcome gift waiting for us on the dining table.

Wonderful in every way

We spent 7 days at this lovely home, it was very inviting and met all our expectations. Immaculately clean and very well stocked. The property manager Emil was very eager to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this property if you are looking for a no stress relaxing getaway.

Beautiful Lake House

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, bright and nicely decorated. The best part for us were the upper outside deck and the large dock on the water where we spent the days in the sun. Lots of water toys are available to use which we really appreciated. Thank you!

Awesome Plac to Vacation!

Love the place, 2nd time we've stayed, very pricy but can live with that. The only problem we had there was no spare water container provided and we ran out. Asking for help only got us a recording that was unrelated. Management needs to answer phone from customers. Thanks.

Excellent vacation

We were so impressed with this place. It’s clean, super functional and decorated beautifully. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is a delight to make your meals. It is well stocked with everything you might need. We had an exceptional vacation. Thumbs up!!!
