Check out this newly constructed, contemporary townhome just a quick jaunt from the Fontana lakefront on Geneva Lake's west side. Four bedrooms, two and a half baths and a built-in bunk bed area make this the perfect spot for families of all sizes looking for an upscale Wisconsin getaway. Enjoy some of the convenient comforts of home with a laundry room and fully-equipped kitchen. A screened-in porch, two private balconies and an open-concept living area abundant with natural light provide the perfect social settings to make lasting memories with friends and family. As the end unit townhome, the West End Escape offers additional privacy and even a lake view. Notable Geneva Lake destinations within walking distance include the Fontana public beach and boat launch, the Abbey resort, Gordy's boat rental and restaurant and Chuck's Lakeshore Inn. The unit is steps from Blue Haven Ice Cream, The Coffee Mill, Shell Convenience Store, Little Bar Pizza, and Kim Kasi's. Guests will enjoy being at the "quieter" end of Geneva Lake while still having easy access to all the downtown Lake Geneva attractions just twenty minutes away.

Perfect place for family and kids

Great location, lots of space, and very clean. 5 adults and 4 kids under 7 stayed for 4 days and really enjoyed our time together. We would definitely stay again!

Family Reunion

This home was perfect for our family reunion. There was an open floor plan on the main level, which allowed us to enjoy our time together. Also, there was plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably.

We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful spot. Plenty of room for our group of 5. Very convenient location. Rapid response from owners when coffee maker didn’t work. They replaced quickly. Highly recommend.

Great home and host!

This home is beautiful and such great space. We rented this for my family to stay at during our wedding weekend and it was perfect. Plenty of space and so homey. Easy check in process and great location to the lake.

Great Weekend Away with Friends!

We stayed here for a friends weekend get-away to celebrate Friendsgiving. The location was amazing and the condo was well stocked! We had a blast! We highly recommend!

Overall Experience

Location was PERFECT for us. Great proximity to events we were attending and close to Shore Path. Codes we received for the front door and garage door did not work. It was a bit difficult to reach the property manager to obtain a code to get into the condo. We never received the garage opener code. Only one coffee maker worked. Small things. Otherwise the condo was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay!!

Lots of Challenges

Too many challenges to take care of: check-in procedure, garbage left in garage, coffee pot was broke, garage door opener was broke. Liked most: beds were very comfortable, bunk beds were terrific!

Fantastic location

This was an amazing place. Very clean and roomy for all the people. We were there for a wedding and everything was within walking distance, coffee (a block away), food (great pizza at the little bar, a block away) ice cream across the street, shops and the lake (about 4-5 blocks down hill to the lakeuohill coming home). The beds were amazing!!!! We all thought these were the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in! Lots of stairs so if you have knee or elderly in your party be aware. Also we wish there would have been better window coverings in the bedrooms because it didn't keep the light out in the morning. So when the sun is up, so are you! Curtains or more wall coverings would help with noise reduction. If someone gets up early you hear every step or tv or movement because it is minimamly decorated. But otherwise it was bright and beautiful and clean. Lots of room for sleeping and sitting and hanging out. We had such a great time. Everyone was impressed with this place. We had lots of people and there was enough space to get ready for a wedding. We would highly recommend!!!!

Girls weekend

We had 9 ladies and there was plenty of room. Easy to find and could walk to lake, Chucks, gas station and pizza parlor. Decor was Boho style & very open. 2 patios in front and screened porch were great hang outs.

Lovely

Planned a girls spa weekend. All 3 of us worked one day and internet was perfect. Home is cute and full of amenities, we barely had to supply anything. Views from windows even during winter were beautiful. Beds and pillows were COMFY- it was hard to get up in the morning :) If I had to write any opportunity- the showerheads/water pressure was just enough to get the job done, and upstairs floors are real wood and a little squeaky so if you have kids it could be tricky with the noises- but it was no problem for us adults.
