- Fenced Garden: Enjoy moments of relaxation in the walled garden, a quiet space to relax outdoors. The covered terrace includes a gas barbecue for convivial outdoor meals.
- Small and Heated Swimming Pool: Dive into the small heated swimming pool of 5 x 2.6 meters to cool off with ease. A security alarm ensures a certain peace of mind.

Travelers will have full and private access to the entire villa and its outdoor areas.
