For your holidays, head to Capbreton, this famous seaside resort of international renown. With its beaches, its famous surf spots, its secure cycle paths, its pretty marina, its fish market and all its nautical activities, you will discover the Landes coast and its many possibilities. This beautiful villa, divided into two gîtes, awaits you just 500m from the ocean and the dune, and 200m from the port. From here, you can do everything on foot or by bike. You will also enjoy the peace and quiet offered by this residential area, away from the summer entertainment. Ideal for a leisure stay or for a business trip while teleworking, this house will also please you with its layout, its brightness, its level of comfort and the quality of its services. This gîte is adjoining a second gîte but benefits from a private entrance and total independence. The exterior consists of a private parking space, a garden with a shaded terrace offering comfort in all seasons, with garden furniture and plancha. The interior is composed of a living room with lounge area (TV, sound bar, WIFI), dining area, an independent kitchen (induction hob, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, extractor hood), 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160x200, 1 bed 140x190 and a 2-seater sofa bed), a bathroom (bathtub), a separate toilet, a storeroom (with washing machine). For your comfort, sheets, towels, household linen, cleaning, water, electricity and heating consumption are included. Baby equipment (travel cot, high chair, bottle warmer, changing mat, bathtub, cutlery) can be provided on request. For your family gatherings, you can rent the 2 gîtes together (reference 11801) for a maximum capacity of 10 people.
