You will have access to a water park, including a splash pad and tubes. Awesome playgrounds for the little ones, tennis and basketball courts, mini golf, games room. Not Accurate

Place was OK. All the blinds broken or missing in living room so bind did not really close, counters dirty when we arrived along with floors and not dusted & bathrooms pretty dirty, broken glasses, 3 spoons, no light in one of bedrooms worked, window is cracked in main bedroom, can opener broken, shower heads in both bathrooms off of wall sticking out, door to condo does not shut and there is a gap and no working water slides while we stayed even asking owner I called myself as that’s why we booked here. I let owner know all the problems he promised some would be fixed while we stayed but that didn’t happen also then he stopped his taking to us and stopped replying when he was not following thru on what he said he would have done or promise us as property not in condition as stated in listing!!! I was nice enough to let him know all the things that are wrong as my daughter almost sliced her lip open with broken glasses. Wish we had some results as promised as it made the stay a long trip without a lot of stuff but we managed to have fun outside the condo!!

Family vacation was a hit!

Super easy process to book & communication with the host was prompt. Nice facility & the pool & water park was a huge hit for family time. There were no wash clothes or hand towels for either bathroom but we managed & got by without them. There was some existing damage to the property, re: broken/missing blind slats on the patio door & burn spots on the counter top in the kitchen that I was concerned we'd be blamed for. I contacted the host & he reassured me it was from previous guests. The patio blinds should really be fixed. It's such a nice place & broken blinds make it look bad. Otherwise, no complaints. We would book this unit again!

Great Location!

We love Windsor Hills and this unit didn’t disappoint. It was clean and has a great location to the pool area. Our daughter who has trouble walking easily made the walk to the pool so it’s definitely a great location. Highly recommend!

Nice stay

After some initial miscommunications everything went seamlessly. The condo was clean, spacious and was a short walk to the community building and guard gate. We used ride share with ease though there was plenty of parking. The pool area was nice with ample chairs etc. The condo was very basic and had limited kitchen items, which seems to be typical for the resort. There was a pack n play (which we didn't need) in the Master closet. My daughter loved the new Disney bed covers in the twin room.
