Great stay. The water at the pool is like bath water. Only complaint is floor is coming up in a few places and getting in at times can take long.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Plenty of room, close to Disney parks, and our kids loved the pool!

Exactly what we were looking for.

The place is just as advertised. Bathrooms, kitchen, living room and bedrooms very clean. It was exactly what we needed when we finished our busy day running around town. A place to relax and wind down before going to bed. Highly recommend

Wonderful location, great rental, responsive host

This rental was wonderful to stay at!! The host responded very quickly whenever we had a question. The location is 10 min from Disney World and my kids (age 6 and 9) loved the Mickey room. Would definitely stay here again.

A great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here in Windsor Hills. We have stayed in this community for many years, and will keep coming back! The condo was beautiful, clean, and worked perfectly for our extended family. And the location is very close to all Disney parks! I would highly recommend this property to anyone interested in visiting Disney!

Great space! Close to Attractions

We had an excellent stay here. The unit was very spacious and clean. Perfect for relaxing at the end of busy days. Pool was nice as well! I loved how close and easy a drive it was to all the major attractions, and having the Super Walmart just up the street was very convenient.

Great place for Disney Vacation

Nice large condo at Windsor Hills. Nice pool. It’s more like a 15-20 minute drive to Disney rather than a five minute one. Would stay here again. Lots of useful stuff for families included in unit.

Perfect place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay, accommodations were as advertised. The pool and pool adult beverages were great. Don't miss out on a burger at the pool - it's fantastic! Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Nice to have a washer and dryer so that we could leave with all our clothes clean. It was a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend.

Great condo

Location close to everything we needed. Theme parks close by as well. Pool was fun for kids. If you like a firm pillow you should bring your own. Otherwise everything was great!

Wonderful Stay!!!

I cannot recommend this place highly enough! The condo was perfect for our group (2 adults, 3 kids). Spacious, with all the amenities we needed. The resort itself was fantastic. Excellent security and always felt safe. A very nice mix of people too. The owner Michael was always available although we didn't need to contact him whilst there. Will definitely stay again if coming back to Orlando

Good Trio

We had a really nice time at Windsor Hills. The property was clean and the property manager was very helpful. We had a little issue at first because the check-in procedures were recently updated by Windsor Hills but the property manager was able to get it sorted. We would go back!

Great location, spacious and clean apartment

Very good location, very close to theme parks and shops. Extremely clean, spacious rooms and bathrooms, nice cozy balcony. We were 6 adults and had more than enough towels and beds were comfortable. In a closet they had a baby playpen, a stroller, plenty of rain ponchos and board games which is nice if you stay with kids overall stay was amazing ! Extremely satisfied , highly recommend this host nice place and good communication with host at all times .

The area was beautiful

The area was beautiful .My Daughter-in-law car was stolen from the property . Master bedroom doors knob was broken we fixed it and when we let out the sofa bed it had chip and crackers in it .

Check in

Upon check in security didn’t have our reservation. They were able to give me a phone number for management that they answered. Condo was very clean. Using the little key box for key was a pain. Other than that and the tv’s were all messed up probably from the previous guest that I was able to figure out. All was good.

Nice unit in good location

This was our first time staying in this unit. It was very comfortable and clean. Kitchen supplies were adequate for making meals at home. The only thing I would suggest is the hide a bed couch be replaced. It was very uncomfortable to sit on. The love seat was fine. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and bright. Overall we were pleased with our stay.

Perfect Place to Stay for a Disney Vacation

We love Windsor Hills and have stayed here before. This condo fit our needs well. Frankly, we weren't there that often, as most days were spent at nearby Disney Resort Theme Parks! But when we were "home," we enjoyed our time. The space was very clean when we arrived, and fully stocked for families with little children (which we do not, but I was impressed!). The condo had a closet full of strollers, pack 'n' plays, a high chair and other essential baby / toddler-needs for travelling families. I will note the bedroom furniture is showing some wear and we communicated this with the owner. It is to be expected, as I'm sure this unit turns over weekly. We did have a snag upon check-in at the Windsor Hills' security gate, but it was addressed with urgency, which was appreciated. The on-premise pool and other amenities are amazing and this condo met both our budget and expectations. Thank you!

Nice home with comfy beds

The home was spacious and clean with great amenities, such as the pool and arcade. We felt safe and had a nice place to rest our heads after a long day.This home needs a little TLC. There were quite a few things that need to be repaired, the flooring I would say is the biggest Repair that needs to be done, several of us caught our feet on the lifting flooring causing one of us to cut our foot. The entry to the home is 1 key, a key-less entry would be better for guests for many reasons. The TV in the queen bed room still does not work. I had read other reviews with these complaints and said maybe they are fixed now, but no they are not. I messaged the owner about these items that need attention and he said they will be fixed. The AC is controlled by the owner and you cannot set it below 72 and it says if you do and the unit breaks he will bill you for the repair. We would leave with AC at 72 and come back it would be set to 75, after a long day in the hot FL sun I don't want to enter a 75' home.The owner did not really respond to some questions in a timely manner when I first booked, but when it was time for my reservation check in he communicated in a timely manner. Over all we enjoyed our stay!

Excellent stay, but a few things to know in advance

We loved the property - the home was beautiful and clean, we had all the basics we needed. (There are pool towels, you just need to look in all the large closets! We didn't know this at first.) The resort was beautiful and the pool was lovely. I will note that the waterslides were not open at the time of our visit. I don't know why. The property manager was very kind and gracious - he permitted us early access so my dad - who wasn't feeling well - could rest. Things to note in advance: If your party will have more than one vehicle on the property, be sure to have the property manager register them in advance, otherwise you cannot get in at the gate. The property manager is responsive, but not for urgent items. Save yourself some trouble and have this done before you arrive. Otherwise, this was a great stay!

10/10 Everything is like the pictures. Clean, quiet and Comfortable. We went to the wrong unit when we first arrived (not following directions) Patti was extremely helpful and answered all our questions right away.My son used the gym every morning.My family really enjoyed our stay!

Overall stay was okay. Safe clean space both in the rental and within the community. Appliances in the rental could use some upgrading; leaky blender was most inconvenient.
