2 bedroom 1 bathroom beach house located within walking distance to beach (1 block) and bay (1.5 blocks). Middle block. Beaches are private and access is an additional cost ($100, 6 badges). Kitchen is equipped coffee maker, stove, pots, pans and dishes. Queen sleep sofa. Outdoor deck/patio is equipped with a large picnic table and additional outdoor seating. Outside hose for rinsing off after beach time. Beach and bay recreational items can be borrowed from the storage unit underneath the home. Driveway parking for two cars on premises. Washing machine in bathroom. Clothing line located in driveway area for wet/beach items. Restaurants, local eateries, laundromat and a well-maintained park all within walking distance. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday

Ocean Beach 2 Rental

The location of this property was great. Middle block made it super close to the beach but also close to bay. Shopping / restaurants nearby - can walk or bike easily. The house was clean and was supplied with extra bedding, kitchen was well equipped, and even supplied bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards and beach cart. The hosts were a pleasure - responsive to questions and easily accessible (not that we needed to contact them at all during our stay because we had such a smooth week!) Pictures and description in listing are all very accurate. Great price for a great location!

Our 7 Day Stay in Ocean Beach II in Lavallette, New Jersey

This was a clean and cute property. Everything you needed for a beach vacation was there. A very comfortable and cozy home. We had a wonderful time.

Great stay in this cozy cottage!

This clean cozy cottage was just right for our family of 4, and just as pictured. Easy walk to the beach, and within walking distance to the center of Lavallette. Nice little deck in the back with a surprising breeze to relax on after the beach. This was our second stay, and the hosts have beem great both times!

Relaxing Stay in Lavalette

Our family loved staying at the cottage which had everything that we needed including a fully loaded kitchen, grill and beach items. The neighborhood was fantastic! It was very close to the bay, beach and plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Seaside was about a 10 min drive with no traffic mid week. We would definitely recommend this cottage.

Delightful Summer Cottage

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was cozy, clean and perfect for our family of four. Great location close to ocean and close to a bay beach for young children. Able to walk everywhere. Owners were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Great house in a great location!

We loved this house! My husband and I stayed here with our two kids (3 and 4) for a week. The owners clearly put a lot of thought and love into the home. Each area is decorated beautifully with beach-themed decor, there were plenty of plates/glasses/pots/serving utensils in the kitchen, there were extra blankets and pillows. The AC worked great, the shower stayed hot through multiple people using it, and there was a washing machine (no dryer but there were hanging lines outside for drying items) The house is a very short walk to the private (!) beach. We had a double stroller, two little ones, and all the beach stuff, and it was still only a 5 minute walk! There are boogie boards, sand toys, an umbrella, and beach chairs provided to use. The only things I would love to see added are one of those beach carts to haul everything and a beach blanket. We had a wonderful family vacation here, it was everything we hoped for and more — we will definitely be back!

Cozy cottage at the beach

Owners are super lovely. They had everything we could need for the house and even the beach including beach chairs, umbrellas and even boogie boards. We would stay again.

Great stay in this cozy cottage!

This cozy cottage was perfect for our family of 4. It's 1.5 blocks to the beach or bay, and within walking distance of many activities. The home is pleasantly decorated, clean and very well kept, and the back deck and storage area were an added bonus. The owners were a pleasure to deal with, and made the check in/out process very smooth. Great stay!

Very clean and well equipped.

The place was very clean and well equipped. The neighbors were very friendly. The only set back was having to cross route 35 to get to the beach. I have stenosis of the spine and I was told it was one block from the beach.

Awesome, modern place; GREAT hosts

We have been renting in Ocean Beach for many years and this was our favorite stay so far. The house was immaculately clean, modern (completely renovated with granite countertops and washing machine) and has a great layout. It is 1.5 blocks to the beach or the bay and is an awesome location for families. The hosts went out of their way to make us feel welcome and even left bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas and crab pots so that we didn’t have to overpack (we overpacked anyway). We will definitely be back again next year and encourage anyone reading this to not hesitate for a second and book your stay as well!
