Chubby Bear's Lakehouse is a two-bedroom, one bath cabin that can sleep six adults. The lake house can be used for a couple's getaway or it can easily accommodate a small family. We are a small community of seven lake house cabins. Both bedrooms have queen beds and the living room couch pulls out to make a queen sofa sleeper. Enjoy complimentary high speed internet and stream the latest movies on the 43 inch flat screen. The lake house is located on six acres of land on a quiet, dead end road.
Staying at Chubby Bear’s lake house you will have your own single boat slip and the use of a shared(community) private boat ramp. There is plenty of gravel parking for cars, boat trailers and 4-wheel trailers.
When you arrive you can enter the cabin with a convenient keyless entry. The kitchen is equipped for full meal preparation.
We are located in a cove and have plenty of things to keep you busy. Enjoy the sunrise and start your day off at the coffee station with a single serve Keurig or the Ninja drip brew machine. Relax, enjoy the views of the lake, read a book on the porch, enjoy the peaceful surroundings or walk to the lake using the paved (NO STEPS) sidewalk. Spend the day on the lake boating, fishing, swimming or just go exploring. After a fun day you can cook dinner on the gas grill provided. Gather together and enjoy eating on the deck or at the picnic table under the pavilion. To finish the evening, watch the sunset, sit around the fire pit, roast marshmallows and share stories from the day.
