Unique opportunity this summer to rent newly updated bright and sunny beach house with an adorable guest cottage that is perfect for an au pair, weekend guest or home office.
Main house has 4 bedrooms/2 full baths, all new furnishings, stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, vinyl plank floors throughout, fully stocked kitchen, outside seating areas, new gas grill and outdoor shower, gas firepit, C/A, stackable washer/dryer and plenty of parking. Open and spacious living room and dining area combination, flat screen tv, GONET speed WIFI throughout. Comes with everything you need from sheets, towels, beach chairs and more! GUEST COTTAGE/96.5 has updated kitchen with stainless appliances, quartz counter tops, fully stocked kitchen, vinyl floors, AC wall units, updated bathroom, upstairs bedroom with deck. Great central location near deli, restaurants, shopping and 1 mile from Fairfield center. Relax, enjoy...make this summer one to remember!

Great place, next to the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 96 College Ave. The place is super clean and new. Fully stocked kitchen - everything you need including wifi, TV, grill and beach chairs. Owner is very nice and easy to communicate with. You can’t beat the location to get to the beach and great restaurants.

Summer Heaven

Best of both worlds. A Beach vacation with accessible train to NYC just minutes away. My kids enjoyed walking to the beach by themselves and making neighborhood friends. Lots of food options nearby. My kids also took up fishing and horseback riding camp. Can’t wait to be back!
