It is located on the 4th floor, accessible only by stairs.

Tastefully decorated, this lovely 28 m² apartment is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and numerous restaurants in the surrounding areas, offering a wide range of gastronomic options.

The living room features a comfy sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area is bright with a lot of natural sunlight, making it even more inviting.

This space also features a fully equipped kitchen with essential cookware and cutlery, allowing you to prepare a delicious meal. The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities.

The bedroom is a pleasant room with a queen bed and a wardrobe, and comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

Lastly, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

For those looking to indulge in delicious cuisine and drinks, there are excellent options like Le Train Bleu and La Bellevilloise. With its great location, this property is the ideal base for experiencing all that Paris has to offer.

This charming property is conveniently situated near several stations, including Voltaire, which is just a 3-minute walk away, and Saint-Ambroise, which is a 7-minute walk away. For those looking to venture further, Austerlitz station is only 2 kilometres away.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
