Great place!

We loved our stay at this cute place in Bent Tree. The villa was stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen especially was well equipped. Kimberly was also very responsive if we had a question. A fantastic stay all around!

Fly to Excellence

This is our second time staying at the villa. Once again a pleasure to be in this home that has a travel theme throughout. Kimberly is a wonderful hostess and we always feel like this is our home away from home. Spend some time on the deck watching deer travel through the hills.

Jasper GA Visit

We rented this property due to its proximity to other family members who live in the same community. The property was nice and clean. We had a little trouble getting the check in details, including the door code to get in, from the property manager. But we were able to resolve those issues fairly quickly upon arrival. Overall we would stay there again.

This is a cozy, homey very well stocked villa. The host is very responsive & the location was good for what we wanted, however different than what shows on the VRBO map. There is only street parking on a narrow road. You must go down the hill to make a U turn to get out. And the house is way down below the street level, with a windy staircase & one unstable banister, making it difficult to have to bring bags in & out for older or any mobility challenged folks. The two levels share one zone heat/AC, making it hard to have both levels comfortable. The master bath/bedroom gets very cold if the AC is on. The sheets were lovely and soft as were the beds. Bent Tree is a beautiful community; we liked having the pools in walking distance to the house. We enjoyed our stay.

Stay in the mountains

Was very nice. As a senior I was very happy it wasn’t further up the mountain. One suggestion I could make is, since the property is in the mountains would be to say how steep the driveway is and if you would have to back out of a steep driveway. I was very happy I was on flat ground to park car. Just noticed a lot of them had steep hills to park and back out of

Nice property, but far away from town. Needs more lighting

The villa is nicely maintained and is tucked in between a lot of trees. We only had neighbors in the attached villa one day. They were a little noisy, but tolerable. The road getting in and out of the section where the unit is located is pretty narrow and steep. You need to go down the hill (a bit steep for Floridians) to turn around and go back out. We saw deer nearly every day of our stay. The unit is well stocked for cooking. The beds were comfortable. There needs to be more lighting in the living room though. It was very difficult to read in any location other than right under the single floor lamp (which was not very powerful). You will need to stock up on groceries as the nearest grocery store is about 20 minutes away. There are some nice trails within the huge complex and a nice beach area (it was too cold to swim while we were there, but it looked nice).

I created this oasis for you to relax and have EVERYTHING you could possibly need. You'll see an airline theme throughout my villa, with really fun accessories and art. In the kitchen you'll find a rice cooker, dutch oven, electric kettle, coffee grinder, china for entertaining, bar cabinet. The spice pantry is fully stocked and I left a cupboard open for your own groceries.

Walk to the pools and courts. 112 acre lake with a sandy beach. Pickle ball, tennis, golf & bocce ball. All my guests say that this is such a relaxing place and they can't wait to return. I have a LOT of repeat guests.
