Located just 5 km from Sainte Rose, on the road towards Deshaies, our 70 m² apartment welcomes you to the Leeward Coast, in a natural and peaceful setting.

Largely open to the outdoors, it offers a splendid view of the Caribbean Sea and the "Tête à l'Anglais", ideal for admiring the sunsets or simply relaxing to the sound of nature.

• Planted patio with a tropical outdoor shower for a refreshing experience surrounded by greenery.

• 40 m² covered wooden terrace equipped with a fully equipped modern kitchen (refrigerator with undercounter freezer, 2-burner induction hob, mini oven, microwave, dishwasher with 6 seats), a convivial dining table, and a comfortable outdoor lounge.

• Private swimming pool (3m x 3m) for a refreshing dip in complete privacy.

• Private landscaped garden with outdoor seating, barbecue, and pétanque court for convivial moments with family or friends.

Two air-conditioned master suites measuring 14 m², completely independent, each equipped with:

• 160x200 cm bed with mosquito net.

• Smart TV.

• Modern bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.

• Sliding doors that lock for your comfort and security.

A washing machine is also available outside the accommodation.

♿ PARTIAL ACCESSIBILITY FOR PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY

Our single-story accommodation offers generous spaces for easy movement. The openings are wider than usual for easier access. The toilet is adapted, and the spacious shower provides true comfort. However, it is not fully wheelchair accessible due to the lack of a ramp, and the bathroom does not have a shower seat or grab bars.
