Please note the per the pool heater manufacturer pool heater will automatically shut off if the temp outside drops below 48 degrees During normal Florida winter pool heat goes up to 84 to 86 degrees per manufacturer

Place is exactly as pictured. Wonderful house, lanai, and location. Host is easy to talk with and readily available. We look forward to returning for another season.

Perfect vacation spot

Perfect place to relax! Outstanding communication with the owner. We enjoyed the relaxing view from the lanai. The house is close to restaurants we like to visit and shopping areas. Clean house and very well stocked with items needed. We plan to return next year.

Nice vacation home!

Great place to relax for vacation! Beautiful view of canals and surrounding homes. Peaceful quiet neighborhood. Beautiful patio and pool! Hope to return soon!

Relaxing and Comfortable

This home was ideal for us. A beautiful view, heated pool, comfortable bed, well-supplied kitchen, helpful owner. Just what we needed and wanted. We hope to go back.

Good Location Quiet area.

The property is showing it's age but well maintained so the age of the property is not an issue. The house is well suited for 4 people with it's 2 Beedrooms and bathrooms. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a nice quiet get away location.

Awesome

We fell in love with this property. It was convenient to All the places that we visited such as groceries and restaurants. The lanai that overlooked the channel was so relaxing ! The house was equipped with everything that was needed and the owner was super easy to contact and respond if there were any questions or concerns. Would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a great place to stay and relax. A. Culley

Wonderful get away

We loved the property. It was in a great spot on the canal, the pool was good size, heated and overlooked the canal. The house was very clean and comfortable. We found everything in working order. Cindy was very available if needed. Enjoyed our stay very much and would rent again. Dianna
