REVIEWS: Since we have rented our place in Havasu for the past few years to the same guests, there are no recent reviews, however, I am happy to get a couple reviews/statements from the previous guests....The place is awesome and know that you will LOVE IT!

This remodeled (April 2022) home is a stunning 3 bedroom/2-bathroom home with 2 garages (1, 2-car and 1 smaller boat garage) located on a 5 house Cul-de-sac with expansive views of Lake Havasu. Did I mention a newly plastered pool with tropical themed surroundings and Hot Tub? The entire house and yard were completely remodeled/redone with brand new black stainless appliances, open kitchen layout, brand new furniture, German wood flooring, epoxy countertops and so much more, including the world's only custom made Mickey Mantle Fireplace mantel. You have to see this to believe it! The property is off South Palo Verde just passed Havasu High School and the perfect super quiet location with a short drive to all the action that Lake Havasu offers. Seeing is Believing!! Unfortunately no pets or service pets allowed.
