Havasu fun

We had a great time in Havasu fishing. The lake was beautiful and the launch ramp was nice.

Manager was responsive and helpful. Property is beautiful. Hot tub was added bonus.

Needs TLC but good house

Needs a few more comfort features but overall Anthony was very responsive and helpful.

Winter 2025 Stay

Anthony, the owner is super helpful and very responsive to his guests. He made us feel very welcome and supported if needed. The home was very clean on our arrival and the location is overall quiet and convenient. The kitchen is newer and well lit. The back yard is all fenced and has a hot tub. We would definitely stay here again next year. Wonderful rental.

Started off when the host told us around 8pm there was no toilet paper and to bring our own. Driving across the desert with ETA of 10:30 pm and having to find a place open not appreciated. Next he wouldn’t give us the door code until we were standing on a very dark entry waiting for his text response, then a couple of tries were needed before we got a code that would work. It’s now 11pm and we are beat. The bathroom sink had what looked like dried blood on it. Sent a picture and got no response. Went to get in the bed and there was no sheet. Sent a text and no response. Next morning there was no electricity in the kitchen so no coffee, toaster or microwave. Sent a text no response. Backyard is a mess with tumbleweeds growing everywhere and debris all over the small porch. Next day the air conditioning wouldn’t work and it was 84 degrees in the house. Sent a text and he responded to the prior day’s complaint about the electric by giving the location of the breaker box. Acknowledged he could see the AC wasn’t working but it wasn’t resolved while we were there. No “sorry for the inconvenience” or “we’ll make it right for you”. Finally, we asked for a partial refund (1 night’s stay out of three) for our bad experiences. That request was also ignored. Worst property and service we’ve seen.

Hello my name is Anthony. I was born and raised in Santa Clarita, California. I have been coming to the lake with my older brother my entire life. Some of the greatest memories were created on Lake Havasu and for that, I am forever grateful. This home is shared between my brother and I. When we are not using the home we choose to rent it out. We love our home and most importantly we welcome all of our guest with open arms. We ask that you treat our home and our property as if it was your home and your property because for the time being as we are not there and allow you to be there, it is your home.

This is a particularly quiet neighborhood and street. The neighbors are very friendly and very courteous of each other. All of the homes for the majority on the street are beautiful. It’s a scenic drive up and down Yuma Drive.
