Imagination Paradise -15 min to downtown Asheville

Welcome to imagination paradise, located steps away from charming, historic downtown Weaverville, and just a 15 min drive from downtown Asheville! Your neighbors are local artists and musicians. Relax outside near the campfire and you might hear sweet music playing in the neighborhood. This beautiful home is perfect for lounging in the spacious and private backyard, playing games like ping pong and corn hole, and cooking meals in the well stocked kitchen.

The homeowners of this property have beautifully landscaped the entire 3/4 acre of land, and have completely renovated the 1,350 sqft home. Much of the artwork in the home has been procured from local artists, check out the house manual for details on the artists that created the work. The two bedrooms feature comfy queen sized beds. The master bedroom has an ensuite half bath (sink and toilet only) and the full bathroom with a standing shower (no tub), toilet and sink is located down the hall. The homey living room is attached to the kitchen, perfect for cooking and lounging at the same time. The kitchen has ample cooking pots, pans and utensils and is stocked with coffee and breakfast goodies like yogurt and granola. The upper level porch has tables for alfresco dining or enjoying morning coffee, as well as a green egg grill. Also on the upper level is a bonus room with a TV, two lazy boy chairs and the washer and dryer. Downstairs you will find a large hangout space with a ping pong table, workout area, extra refrigerator, and double doors opening onto the patio and yard space. Enjoy the corn hole set up and night time campfires under the outdoor twinkle lights.

Please note there is no dishwasher in the house, we require that all guests wash their own dishes. Additionally, there is no bathtub, just a standing shower. Four guests sleep comfortably in the two beds, a fifth guest can sleep on the couch or if you'd like to bring a blow up mattress, that works, please just talk with us about it in advance.

You can walk anywhere in downtown Weaverville from the house, some of our favorite places are Maggie B's Wine Shop, All Good Coffee Shop, Magnum Pottery, Elluvium Brewing/taco and burritos, Blue Mountain Pizza (sometimes featuring live music) and Lake Louise (walking trails/grilling/fishing/playgrounds). Walk to downtown Weaverville, and drive or Uber to downtown Asheville. It generally takes 10-15 minutes for an Uber to arrive, but if you are heading out at dinnertime on a weekend, add another 10 minutes onto your wait time.
