Pretty fully equipped villa, which can accommodate up to 6 people, with swimming pool and 600 m² of land, 50 m from the ocean and very close to a magnificent lagoon nature reserve where you can observe the numerous pelicans, eagles, etc.
Our villa is made up of 3 bedrooms, each with: 1 double bed, 1 shower room with WC and 1 air conditioning.
Fully equipped kitchen & spacious living room.
Large covered terrace with deckchairs to observe the permanent spectacle of eagles and other local fauna. Solarium.
Included in the rental:
- caretaker, pool attendant and gardener who can be discreet but also give you good advice throughout your stay,
- water, gas.
At the expense of the tenants:
- Electricity payable by the tenant: card box.
- TV and INTERNET card.
- Housekeeper (9000 F CFA / complete cleaning)
- Cooker (10,000 / meal)
A deposit of €400 must be paid before entering the premises and will be returned to you after your departure.
