Love those morning walks! Coffee on the veranda! Fenced in back yard. Close to transportation arteries. Easy floor plan with two eating areas, separate office area. Love the antique decor. Mother-in-law unit allows separation of different family guests. This is a treat to call your home away from home for a few days or several weeks. New flooring, fresh paint and vintage wallpaper. 2-car garage in private fenced in back yard. Plenty of room where photos do not do justice to a step back in time. We are a pet-friendly home with advance notice of the pet’s arrival and an additional pet fee per pet. I reserve veto power for any pet breeds or situations I determine unacceptable. Do not surprise us by bringing a pet without prior approval,

All vehicles should be parked on the paved areas with no parking on grass. Any damage to grass/sprinkler system will be charged against your deposit.
Absolutely no parties or large gatherings allowed. No fireworks either. It is a quiet neighborhood and we expect it to remain quiet during your stay.
If you notice an abnormality in the water system indicating a leak or air conditioner/heater malfunction IMMEDIATELY notify owner. No delay please.

Great Stay For The Eclipse!
We flew to the Dallas area just for the solar eclipse but had a more awesome time than we expected! This home is in a great location with all the necessities within an easy drive. The neighborhood is beautiful and we enjoyed several nice walks in the area. Lake Ray Hubbard is beautiful and the sunsets were amazing! We would definitely stay in this home again!

Wonderful Home Away From Home
Beautiful Texas Big Home Away from Home with everything you need to to enjoy your vacation or business trip. We loved staying in this wonderful home. Thank you for making our trip so warm and welcoming while we worked to open the new Sprouts in Rockwall!

Great house and location
Loved how close everything was to the property. The only one thing I wasn’t thrilled with was the low shower head in the master bathroom however I’m 6’5” so they’re all short! . Everyone loved the property. Great property! Highly recommend.

Big space, convenient location
We were looking for a dog friendly place near our family with enough space for everyone to sleep, relax, and work without being in anyone’s way. This nailed it! Barbara was very responsive throughout our stay. The yard is huge and lovely. Beds were comfortable and it was convenient to have so many full bathrooms. Its an older home so it’s got its wear and tear but it was all aesthetic, nothing problematic. If you’re looking for a family friendly fenced home in rockwall, you’ve found it
