All of the issues you mentioned have been addressed to ensure a comfortable stay for our guests. We also want to highlight that the house is fully accessible for guests with disabilities through the rear entrance, which avoids stairs and allows direct entry through the garage. Thank you for your review. To be direct, this was one of the most difficult guest experiences we’ve had. From arrival, the focus was on constant complaints, despite us responding to every concern promptly and in good faith. All maintenance, landscaping, and pool service are scheduled regularly, and everything raised during your stay was addressed. Our home is professionally cleaned and inspected before each check-in, and any concern mentioned was taken seriously. This is also the first time we have ever had a guest upset because the pool was too hot and asking how it could be cooled down. It is disappointing to host guests whose intent appears to be finding issues rather than enjoying the stay. For this reason, we would not host this guest again and would advise other hosts to proceed with caution. We wish you the best.
