The property was easy to find, had a staffed security desk, was clean and bright, and check-in was simple. The location was great for access to the Atlantis property, nearby shops and restaurants and beaches. It was quiet at night and the bed was very comfortable.

This is a beautifully furnished, decorated and extremely comfortable condo. The kitchen has everything you need. Small details like hooks behind doors and towel racks where they are needed make this accommodation special.Lauren's communication was timely and helpful, before and during our stay. One of the best I've stayed at. I highly recommend it.

Amazing Stay!

Our stay at Lauren’s place was amazing! From check-in to exploring the islands to check-out, everything was easy and fun. Cabbage beach and downtown Marina Village are only a 10 minute walk which made it convenient to visit almost daily. The listing is accurate and Lauren is a responsive and friendly host. Will definitely be staying here again when in The Bahamas!

For a dated property, it was very well upgraded with well appointed decor carrying a calming colour accents throughout. The host was easily reachable and promptly came over to fix a problem with the tv. The kitchen is well equipped with a small caveat if you plan on cooking most of your meals (bring a potato masher and a vegetable peeler). The property grounds are mature and well maintained. The pools are large and clean but unheated (cold in February). There is a security guard at the main entrance and Georgette is particularly pleasant and helpful. There are two patios (one covered and one uncovered). They are in need of TLC, which the owners plan on upgrading in the future. The only complaint is, because of its location (street intersection and lots of trucks going by). it is noisy at times. In all, we are very pleased with our stay. Thank you Lauren and Marco.
