Dinan, medieval town 'Ville d'art et d'histoire'. This charming 67 m² house can accommodate up to 4 travellers. Located on the second floor (no elevator), it comprises a pretty 28 m² living room, fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

- A 20 m² terrace with furniture (a garden table and two deckchairs) to enjoy the sunny days.

The apartment is ideally located in Dinan, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Walks on a towpath along the Rance and greenways.
- Rental of electric boats and bicycles

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the accommodation's private garage and parking lot, which can accommodate up to 2 vehicles.
