The house can comfortably accommodate 4 people and consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower and toilet. Wifi free. Sheets and towels included. Free parking space.

The combination of wood, stone and careful decoration will make you fall under the charm of this pretty town house.
On the ground floor :
- Cosy living room with armchairs, coffee table, TV
- Open kitchen fully equipped : oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher.

On the first floor:
- A bedroom with double bed 160 x 190 cm, chest of drawers.
- Bathroom with shower and WC

On the second floor:
- A bedroom with two single beds 80 x 190 cm which can be combined into a double bed

Transport:
- By car: most of the car parks in Dinan town centre are paying. In order to allow you to park easily, we provide you with a free parking badge allowing you to park your car in all public car parks in Dinan!
- Bus to Saint-Brieuc, Saint-Malo, Rennes
- Train

Other remarks:
The wooden staircase leading to the rooms is a bit steep. We remain at your disposal for further information.
