Residence: The residence of Hauts de Préclaux, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters, forms the heart of Bois Méan's life. It envelops the central square where shops, bars and restaurants keep pace with the daily life of the resort.It offers a wide variety of accommodation, ranging from 4 to 10 people, with sometimes mountain or resolutely modern amenities, all with a balcony or terrace. You will certainly enjoy its superb heated outdoor pool, open in season only, summer and winter, as well as its sauna cabins and fitness room. For this summer 2026, the wellness area is open from 11am to 6pm, from 28 June until 30 August 2026, every day (from 12pm to 6pm on Wednesday and Saturday). Accommodation: Starting on 17 March 2025, work beyond our control will be carried out on the Orres 1800 station and could generate nuisances during the day. This charming 60 m2 duplex apartment is ideally located in the centre of the 1800 Orres, in the "Les Érines" building of the Hauts de Préclaux, can accommodate 10 people. Ideal for a stay with family or friends.It is exposed north-west and offers stunning views of the tops and the valley.It is composed of an entrance with storage, a large living room on the ground floor with relaxing armchairs and TV to enjoy your evenings in complete relaxation, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a three double bedroom, a night corner, two bathrooms including one with bath, separate toilet, as well as two balconies opening onto the living room and upstairs bedrooms.For sleeping, the apartment has three bedrooms: a first on the ground floor with a double bed in 140x190cm with shelves and coat racks to arrange your belongings, then two additional upstairs, each equipped with double beds in 140x190cm. A mountain corner with two bunk beds 80x190cm, and the sofa bed for 2 people complete the beds.The accommodation is equipped with many facilities to make your stay more enjoyable, including dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker and filter, oven, raclette machine, and above all, washing machine.To enjoy your stress-free holiday, this accommodation also has a private underground parking space, a private ski locker, access to the heated outdoor pool, sauna cabins as well as the fitness area (well-being area open during summer and winter).
