Residence: The residence of Hauts de Préclaux, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters, forms the heart of Bois Méan's life. It envelops the central square where shops, bars and restaurants keep pace with the daily life of the resort.It offers a wide variety of accommodation, ranging from 4 to 10 people, with sometimes mountain or resolutely modern amenities, all with a balcony or terrace. You will certainly enjoy its superb heated outdoor pool, open in season only, summer and winter, as well as its sauna cabins and fitness room. Accommodation: Starting on 17 March 2025, work beyond our control will be carried out on the Orres 1800 station and could generate nuisances during the day.This charming T4 duplex located in the building "Les Érines" of the Hauts de Préclaux with a beautiful area of 65m2 facing north can accommodate up to 10 people.It consists of an entrance with storage, a large living room with TV for your relaxing evenings, a dining area for sharing moments with the family, an equipped kitchen, a double bedroom on the ground floor, two double bedrooms and a sleeping area on the first floor, two bathrooms including one with bath, separate toilet, as well as two balconies overlooking the living room and the double bedrooms on the second floor respectively.You will particularly appreciate the multitude of equipment available, including dishwasher, Bosch coffee maker and filter, oven, raclette and plancha machine, hair dryer, and the essential washing machine.For sleeping, the apartment has three double bedrooms with 140x190 bed one on the ground floor and two on the first floor, a mountain corner with two bunk beds and a two-person pull-out sofa bed in the living room.To enjoy your stress-free holiday, you can enjoy a private underground parking space and a private ski locker.
