- One bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- A duplex sleeping area with two single beds
- A shower room with shower, vanity unit and WC

The flat is ideally located in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are less than a kilometre away. Direct access to the beach from the residence.

- Sailing club, beach, tennis, golf, water sports, cultural visits, hiking, beach volleyball, riding school, tree climbing...
- A Mickey club opposite the co-ownership in summer

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park for one car (number 2). There is also free public parking opposite the sailing school, 50 metres away.

Other remarks :
- Washing machines and tumble dryers are available and are located in the residence's laundry room on the garden level
- The staircase to the mezzanine is rather steep (miller's staircase) and not recommended for young children.
- No meals served on site and no breakfast available
- Pets are allowed for €10 per stay. Only one pet is allowed per stay.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be requested
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner).
