Privacy and Views in Swan Valley - Short Drive to Victor and Jackson

Mountain cabin in beautiful Swan Valley. Private mountain retreat on 45 acres with stunning valley, Snake River, and partial Teton views. One hour drive to Jackson Hole. Minutes from fishing on the famous South Fork of the Snake River. The cabin has garage on the main floor and living space above. There is a long set of stairs to reach the living space.

Ski at world famous Jackson hole and Grand Targhee resorts or local Kelly Canyon ski resort. All within an hour drive.

Many outdoor activities near by. There are some great hikes in the area. Palisades Creek trail head is only 10 miles away. It is a great trail with a gradual 4 mile hike to the lower lake or 7 mile hike to the stunning upper Palisades lake(not to be confused with Palisades reservoir). The Table Rock hike just outside of Driggs is a strenuous 7 mile hike right to the back of the Tetons. The close up views of the Tetons from the top of Table Rock are absolutely breath taking. The short Rainey Creek trail is great for kids. It is a mostly flat 2 mile round trip hike.

Golf at one of the 11championship golf courses within an hours drive. Spend a day on the links at one of the prestigious golf digest ranked courses in Jackson or Victor. Or play play historic Pinecrest in Idaho Falls that is regularly ranked in Golf Digest's 100 best public courses (green fees only $34 for 18).

Exactly what we needed for our reset/get away. Peaceful, private, clean, all the amenities for our stay. Elk, white tails, and mule deer seen daily. Could go on and on, cannot say enough. Hosts are delightful and communicated well.

Serene & Exceeded Our Expectations!

This property was absolutely amazing! We were showered with local Idaho goodies upon arrival. In additon, we spotted elk and a marmot that came to visit daily. This was our favorite Vrbo stay by far. We feel very fortunate to have found it.

Spectacular

The house was beautiful and the view spectacular. The house was well stocked with everything you could want.. Deer and elk came to visit just about every night. The peace and quite of the homestead was fantastic. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Jordan for providing such a special place to visit.

Private get away

Swan Valley Cabin

The Swan Valley Cabin was super clean, cozy and comfortable. The views are epic. The welcome basket was a super sweet touch and we appreciated the host's binder with information on the area. The cabin has all the main essentials to make your stay comfortable and homey. We loved our stay in Swan Valley, from swimming at Fall Creek Falls, driving the Snake River loop, hiking the Palisades Lakes trail, exploring the Grand Tetons, and kayaking Palisades reservoir. Jordan was an accommodating host. Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven with us.

Home Away From Home

This Vrbo was absolutely wonderful! My wife and I only have positive memories of our time here. The property was very clean, very private, and well worth the money! You can’t go wrong with staying here! If you wanted to spend every day around the house or take the short trip to Jackson Hole/ Tetons, this is the place for you!

BEAUTIFUL VIEWS

We loved our stay here. The views were beautiful and the home was comfortable and very inviting. I will say if you cannot do stairs don’t stay here. Owners were very helpful with an information book of personal advice there in the home. They were also very helpful with making sure that we received our check in information and even allowed us to check in a little early. We saw 24 Elk across the road from us in the fields out the bedroom window and there is a doe mule deer that hangs out near the home. Teton Pass was closed and we had to take the long way. I recommend everyone take the long way at least once even if Teton pass is open to Jackson Home. The drive is breathtaking.

Beautiful place, can't say enough.

Loved this place, amazing views peace and quiet. So great. would of loved to just drive up to the house on top the mountain, just to see how beautiful it was. Loved the story about the family and the cabin. Just can't say enough. Saw elk and other animals. Would have loved a balcony to sit and watch the stars on, but totally would recommend this property.

Amazing view

Great place for a small family or couple to stay. Pictures of the unit very accurate. Pictures of the view don’t do it justice. Jordan was a great host. Had a great time relaxing, grilling, and playing yard games.

Snake River fishing house

This is the second year renting this property and will do again next year. Only a 5 minute drive to the south fork lodge for some amazing fishing and views. I rate this a10.
