Maui Kamaole Resort is conveniently located in Kihei, Maui, across South Kihei Road from Kamaole III Beach park and the Kihei Boat Ramp. The beach park is a great spot to enjoy the ocean and watch amazing Maui sunsets. Kihei boat ramp is where you can find the best South Maui boat excursions including Molokini snorkel trips or fishing charters. You can't beat this convenient location, just a few minutes from all the Kihei shopping and restaurants and also a few minutes from the luxury of Wailea's famous resorts, beaches and the Shops of Wailea.
Resort Fee: There's a one-time resort fee of $30 charged at time of booking.

*We don't provide beach umbrellas, toys, or gears, such as snorkeling, due to safety, health, and hygiene risks.

BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to weather, heavy surf, strong currents, and tides. Due to Maui's rural setting, you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don't kill them. Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Maui is in a tropical climate. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. By booking your stay with us, you accept that Host is not liable for any inconveniences arising from any temporary defect or stoppage in supply of water, electricity, air conditioning or plumbing that is beyond their control. Host is not liable for any loss or damage to Tenants' personal property caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond their control. Tenants accept that the cable and internet service at the Rental can be sporadic and unreliable at times, and Tenant shall not be entitled to any refund of the rental fee in the event either of these services are unavailable or not operating properly during Tenants' stay

The property itself is lovely and, on its own, would easily deserve a five-star review. Unfortunately, the experience was let down by management and communication issues.Arrival instructions weren’t provided through the booking app and instead relied on email and SMS, which didn’t work reliably. When we arrived after a long international trip, the entry code didn’t work. It took several phone calls and multiple replacement codes before we were finally able to get in.During the stay, we also had to call to get the correct Wi-Fi details and to locate bedding for the sofa bed. When sheets were eventually supplied, they turned out to be the wrong size. There were also a few maintenance and cleanliness issues, including a TV that wouldn’t connect to Wi-Fi, heavily stained carpet, and a used plaster found in one of the bedrooms.There was some confusion around vehicle registration as onsite management hadn’t been given our email address, resulting in a warning notice being left at the property.While these issues were acknowledged and compensation was provided, the overall stay was more stressful than it should have been and detracted from an otherwise great property.

A place to decompress

The unit is beautiful, the complex is very quiet at night. Perfect place for R&R. There was some areas of the unit that could use some extra TLC when it comes to cleanliness but overall, it served the purpose of what we needed. I would definitely book this unit again.

Great Experience

The staff is friendly, professional, very responsive and follow up quickly. The unit was very well stock and clean. They also provided trash bags, laundry detergent, dish soap to make your stay easier. The decor was lovely and the bed were very comfortable. Great location and a short drive to our favorite beaches.

Great place to stay!!!

Stayed in E202, everything new and clean!! We have been to Maui several times and we all agreed this was the best rental we’ve stayed in yet! I didn’t even want to say how great it was in fear that it will book up for the next time we visit and we won’t get to stay here. My husband and I traveled with our 3 teenagers (15, 18, 19) and it was perfectly laid out for space. Everything you need to cook your own meals or go to the beach:)

Best unit at Maui Kamaole, by far!

This was the best unit at Maui Kamaole that we have stayed at over the past 12 years coming to Maui every year. It has been completely refreshed, with updated finishing and is exactly as pictured. There are 5 beach chairs (the good ones) an umbrella and a small cooler in the unit. We used Maui beach rentals for an extra roll away bed, which was perfect for our three kiddos. We will try to stay here again.

Nice family vacation getaway

The unit was beautiful, location was great for us as we love visiting Kihei when we travel to Maui. The one pool was lovely as it had a tropical vibe to it and it really made you feel like you were on holidays. The unit was missing some items like a plastic cutting board, oven mitts and scissors to name a few, but whatever we truly thought we needed, we reached out to the property management and they were able to fulfill our requests in a timely manner. The only one truly negative thing I could think of is that the carpet had some stains to it. Overall it was a great vacation and we would rent the same unit again.

Nice overall

Condo was very nice but could have been cleaner. Thick amounts of dust and dirt on all ceiling fans even in the bathrooms. Carpets stained throughout. Furniture not very comfortable. For the amount paid I would expect more. Great location and nice pools.

Nice Stay

The unit was nicely redecorated and in a quiet location. We had rented three units for our family and the others were dated but stocked much better. We love to cook and we would say the kitchen was lacking in many areas. Had to make a salad in a saucepan. Upstairs bed needs fixing as it is very noisy, just turning over woke the people below. We had maintenance in to fix it but were not successful. All in all the place was nice but not sure we would book again at that price.

Nice and Clean / however.. please read.

I’m very torn about my review on this place but I have to be honest ! Very nice place VERY clean ! Good location, … Only thing is there were lots of tiny ants which I hear are prevalent in mau…. ( there is bug spray under kitchen sink ) Also and most importantly, the king bed .. NEEDS a new matress since existing one sags / squeaks and not confortable at all. I advised property and suggested if I could get a matress topper at least..Randy from guest relations got back to me quickly which I really appreciated but they were unable to find one. Needless to say I had a hard time getting rest. If they replace that king mattress, You’ll definitely enjoy the place!

Newly beautifully renovated condo in Kihei.

It has been 4 years since our last family vacation to Maui. So our family was way over due for this trip. Any how we have a condo we love in Wailea however it was not available and we’d stayed in Kamoele Maui condos before so we figured we’d give it another shot. The condo and the 2 pools are perfect. They say pool closes at 9 it’s really 8:45. They gotta change that. To early. The condo we stayed in was beautiful it did lack amenities in the condo and needs a few upgrades. Some condos come with a boat load of beach supplies. This place was limited. 4/5 of the beach chairs worked and weren’t broken the ice chest they provided is the size of a lunch box also broken so we went and bought one and donated it to the condo when we left. No umbrella so we had to purchase that as well. Also donated to the condo. The amenities in the kitchen no rubber spatulas no pot holders no fry pans really of any kind. I do hope they get some more kitchen supplies I’m mentioning. And every condo I’ve ever gone to has spices up the gazoo not this place. You got salt and pepper. The rest you had to take care of. Again donated to the condo. I do recommend them putting in an area rug under the bed in the master. The legs are broken so anytime you moved it creek and make very loud noises. Not the right bed legs on a king bed on hardwood floors/laminate. I truly recommend an area rug in the master under the bed. Other than that I would stay here again but they need to upgrade there supplies & rug.
