Luxury coastal living! This oceanfront town-house style condo enjoys a northeasterly ocean view framed by lush tropical plantings surrounding a grassy courtyard designed to create a uniquely private and tranquil setting within the Litchfield by the Sea Resort. The renovated kitchen boasts custom cabinetry, granite counters, and stainless-steel appliances including a double oven. The comfy en suite bedrooms each have a TV and updated bathroom complete with rainfall shower head.

AMENITIES: Smart TVs-4 with cable, DVD-1, internet access, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, full size refrigerator, wet bar with wine chiller & ice machine, tile shower enclosures with rainfall shower heads, white-noise machines in each BR, 2 self-inflating single air mattresses, full size front-loading washer/dryer, heat/AC, furnished covered balcony with ocean view, covered patio with direct beach access, common use elevator, Sandpiper Run community pool, outdoor on-site grills, easy access to the beach.
HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival.
POOL ACCESS: The dunes side outdoor pool with cabana and restrooms is centrally located within the Sandpiper Run/Crescent condo complex. (No pool heat. Seasonal use subject to HOA management.)
BEACH ACCESS: Beach boardwalks are located on the north and south sides of Sandpiper Run building A. The south side boardwalk, adjacent to the pool, offers ramped access (new) and shower rinsing station.
LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last-minute bookings.
LITCHFIELD BY THE SEA: A gated coastal paradise on one of the finest beaches along the east coast. Enjoy outdoor pickleball/tennis courts as well as miles of biking and walking paths within a tropical coastal setting. Fish in the surf or on the freshwater lake. Take a dip in the pool, splash in the ocean waves, and beachcomb along the shore. See saltmarsh vistas and fascinating shorebird life. Explore Brookgreen Gardens, Huntington Beach State Park, and historic Georgetown. Experience nearby award-winning golf courses and chartered boating excursions. Sample exceptional local restaurants – many within walking distance.
