Villa de Charme Entre Golf et Plage

In Bouznika Bay, this villa is located in a beautiful gated community, very quiet with 24/7 security, communal swimming pool (seasonal), sports fields, lots of very well kept green areas as well as a magnificent 9-hole golf course.
A 2-minute walk from a beach of nearly 5 km long which delights surfers practically all year round, the house benefits from an excellent location since it overlooks the golf course and a 30m wide river fed by sea water.
On 2 levels (R+1), the Andalusian style villa is charming and spacious with a harmonious decoration.
First floor: Double living room with fireplace and large terrace overlooking a private garden on the golf course, a dining room, a small bedroom, a shower room, fitted kitchen, laundry room with shower room.
FIRST FLOOR: a master bedroom with fitted wardrobes, bathroom and terrace overlooking the golf course and 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom.
The residence is not overcrowded with people all year round and especially from September to June.

The site is 35 km from Rabat, 50 km from Casablanca, 45 km from Rabat-Salé airport, and 70 km from Casablanca-Nouasseur airport.
Accommodations are strictly reserved for families and parties are not tolerated

Ruhe

Sehr ruhig. Gastgeber sehr nett.
