Newly renovated from top to bottom! Step into our modern and inviting home with 4 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, workspace, and in-home laundry. Enjoy the bright, open layout, stainless steel appliances, essential cookware, spices, and a Keurig for your morning coffee.

Stay entertained with 2 large smart TVs and free WiFi. Just 5 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport and 8 minutes from vibrant Old Town Scottsdale. See the “Getting Around” section for nearby attractions!
The space
We have 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The place can accommodate up to 10- 12 people easily :)

Master Bedroom: 1 King Bed and a futon on the floor to enjoy a large smart TV. There is also a work desk and a comfortable office chair.
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed

Bedroom 4: 1 Queen bed

Queen air mattress, Pack and Play and extra towels and bedding is available upon request!

My wedding party and I stayed here for my bachelorette and it was perfect for the 8 of us girls!!! Host was super easy to communicate with and even left snacks and water for when we arrived. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone to stay!

I travel frequently to the PHX area for work and can say that this was one of the best stays I have had. The pictures are accurate and the house is huge. I am planning on booking again in the future and very much enjoyed the stay. The host even left bottled water in the fridge which was a very nice touch.

What a fantastic stay! We were in town for a 3-night guys' trip for Spring Training, and this "Remodeled Gem" was the perfect home base for us.The location is unbeatable—being so close to both the airport and Old Town made logistics a breeze. The house itself is modern, incredibly clean, and recently updated, which we really appreciated. With four adult males in our group, we had plenty of room to spread out, and the layout was comfortable for everyone.The amenities were spot on, from the well-equipped kitchen to the great outdoor space, which was perfect for relaxing after a day at the ballpark. Lovely home. Spacious, plenty of towels, easy check out, friendly hosts

The hosts were super friendly and accommodating, and responded quickly to any questions we had. Spacious downstairs common area - kitchen, dining area/table (big) and sitting/tv area. Nice to have 1/2 bath downstairs as well. Upstairs - 4 spacious rooms, nice beds and everything was really clean!

Quick trip

The house is exactly as the pictures. Perfect. Plenty of space for our large groups of varying ages. We were in town for a wedding and this let us stay together without crowding each other. Host was wonderful. Play was clean, spotless and like staying in an HGTV home.

Wonderful Stay

From the decor to the most comfortable beds! This place was so amazing . The house was supplied with cookware , coffee, water and snacks. I can’t believe they even had Laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion . Basically all we needed was food to cook. They even supplied the spices and cooking spray. This place was perfect for our family . We plan to stay again.

Great property close to everything

Super clean and nice.

There were four of us in Phoenix for a golf trip. The location was super as it was close to the airport and centrally located in the metro area for easy access to courses and local attractions. The only mild negative is the immediate neighborhood; just slightly rough around the edges but we had zero issues with that. In other words, it's not Scottsdale Old Town but the rate was great as was the place and the host.

Very nice place!

Very well maintained property and convenient location. Alym was a very gracious host who was extremely responsive to all inquiries. I highly recommend this property.

My wife and I moved to Arizona from Canada in 2015 and love it here, especially the weather!

We love to travel and have travelled extensively all around the world. Whenever we get some free time, we go on day trips and off-roading exploring beautiful Arizona!

We are major foodies and travel for food! We will be happy to share out list of favourite restaurants and places to visit in Arizona :)

We lived in this home for 3 years before deciding to put it up as a short term rental.

We have created this home with love and believe it is a great home away from home for couples, families and friends looking for a perfect getaway! The home is very spacious, the decor is very modern and couches and beds are carefully selected for your comfort :)

What we love about this home is the location. It is perfectly located in the sought after Arcadia neighbourhood, 5 mins from the Sky Harbour Airport or Downtown, 8 mins to the Old Town Scottsdale and just a few mins off the major 202 highway.
