You know the accommodation that as soon as you open the door allows you to express your emotions, and it makes you happy, the whole team loves it.The Cap Hermès residence in Port Fréjus is a well-known and popular residence on the Côte d'Azur, ideally located between Saint-Tropez and Cannes, internationally renowned cities.In addition, it is easily accessible by TGV since it is located only 2.7 km from the Saint-Raphaël Valescure TGV station, around forty minutes on foot and less than 5 minutes by taxi.In addition to this exceptional geographical location, it is bathed by the sun 300 days a year allowing for the most pleasant stays throughout the year with direct access to the beaches and its magnificent 20*7m swimming pool open from April 10 to the end of October.The developed beaches of Port Fréjus and the nearby nature base are all within walking distance. It also offers many advantages that few sites can offer:-it can be your accommodation if you are staying at the Thalasso & Spa center which is at the bottom of the residence to allow you moments of relaxation, well-being and getting back into shape in a recently renovated establishment. (You will be able to benefit for a few hours, a weekend or a week from the benefits of sea water treatments, namely relaxation, softening of joints and oxygenation of tissues.... but also the elimination of toxins, cellulite and relief of heavy legs). -it then allows fans of scuba diving, boats and other water sports to be on the Caravello quay with all of these activities in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation.- it also allows it to be the starting point for numerous activities for athletes:Many golf courses are easily accessible, including the Valescure, Estérel and Académie golf courses located just a quarter of an hour away by car, the others namely the Roquebrune golf course, the Saint Endréol estate in la Motte, Vidauban, Tourettes or Mandelieu to name only those located half an hour by car.Mountain bikers will enjoy the magnificent trails offered in the Maures and Estérel massifs. Fréjus, which organizes the Roc d'Azur, is a Mecca for this sport with an international reputation.Cyclists will enjoy the roads of the Var hinterland but also the famous golden and azure cornices with exceptional and unique views of the “big blue”.Hikes in the Estérel massifs will also offer sublime views of the Côte d'Azur and for some as far as the Bay of Angels (Nice) and different colors each season. The beautiful living room with open and equipped kitchen, a sofa convertible into 2 trundle type beds, table and chairs allowing meals overlooking the large bay window which gives a feeling of beautiful space.The accommodation has storage space.The furniture is current and of good quality.The air conditioning system allows the air to be cooled in summer and heated in winter.Located on the first floor, it is accessible by elevator, as is its parking lot located in the basement. The basement allows access to vehicles less than 1m80 high.Bed and bathroom linen are included.WIFI can be rented as an option.Kit included: bath mat, tea towel, dishcloth and household products (dishwashing liquid, laundry and dishwasher detergent, floor detergent)The cleaning service is not included, it must be reserved if desired.Cancellation insurance included.

The location was perfect and that is what you are really paying for at this property. The internet was great and it gives east direct access to the beach and pool (the rules are a bit strict for the pool). The property really needs to be modernised and they still have broken items on the terrace that need to be cleared away and the space utilised more. Also the bathroom needs to be re-done with a shower that has some power. It does have a lovely amount of space for a family of 4 and the location was perfect but it does need cosmetic changes.

superbe appartement , très bien placé au bord de mer, piscine chaude et propre , personne de l'agence très COOL , devait nous ramener des chaises et relax neuves ( photos des chaises et relax cassées ) mais nous n'avons vu personne , contact pas très accessible frigidaire bancal avec carton pour le redresser , porte des meubles aussi , à revoir pour le ménage , pourtant pas donné

Très bel appartement

Nous avons passés quelques jours à 4 dans ce bel appartement très propres et parfaitement agencé. Très belle terrasse, et beaucoup de rangement ! Très appréciés quand on est 4! On reviendra.
