ROSE Holidays offers this fully renovated house, located in the quiet Beauséjour neighbourhood in Les Sables d'Olonne.
Capacity: up to 4 people.

Bright living room opening onto a closed terrace: sofa, coffee table, TV, Wifi, table and 6 chairs
Functional and equipped kitchen: oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, Tassimo coffee machine
Independent toilet
Upstairs:
Bedroom 1 with double bed (160) and wardrobe
Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds (90) and wardrobe
Bathroom with shower, washbasin unit with storage and toilet
Closed terrace at the back, perfect for summer evenings
Garage with laundry room and washing machine
2 bicycles made available
Location:
6 min by bike from the fishing port and restaurants
10 min by car from the wild coast and Chaume beaches
15 min walk from the city centre, train station and main beach
