Fully equipped open kitchen: microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer
Bedroom 1: double bed 140, bedside tables, wardrobe
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds 90, bedside tables, wardrobe, board games available
Bathroom with shower cabin, sink unit, towel dryer and WC
Enclosed garden with rear terrace: garden furniture, parasol, barbecue
Free parking on the street in front of the house
Accommodation classified as 2-star tourist furnished accommodation since January 2024

2 min walk from shops (Pironnière district)
6 min bike ride from Tanchet beach
